    Great sound quality, they silence everything around you. But they constantly pop out, after awhile they shut off even if they have a little less than 70% battery on the right side of the ear bud. Unfortunately too late to return them.

    Just okay. Coming from all the airpod pro buds, the anc on these are utter trash. Constant popping and clicking while going in and out of anc. Every day use is okay, but when im mowing or running a saw, anc is moderately good.

It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds.     Shop Somewhere Else If You Can

    I bought a pair of Galaxy Pro 2 Ear Buds. They failed. I am a Total Tech Member ($179) per year. Because of my membership, they were under warranty for a replacement. I took them in and the rep asked if I wanted to updgrade, saying the 3's were a great upgrade. He assured me that if they didn't work for me, I could return and get the original ones replaced per waranty. I paid the extra $60 or so and upgraded. The Galaxy Pro 3's are inferior to the 2's. Noise cancelling doesn't even compare. I went in to my local store (Evansville) and asked for my warranty replacement and my money refunded for the updgrade, as promised by the rep. The lady at customer service processed my request and informed me that I owed them an additional $40. I informed her that this was a warranty return and that the additional money would make a total of $100 I would have to spend on a product that originally cost $119. She called the manager. Dude was dishevled and overweight. He informed me there was nothing he was going to do to honor my original warranty swap that is supposed to be part of the Total Tech program. We also have a home in Southern MO. I have found on more than one occassion that the store in Evansville is petty and unhelpful. I am sick of it.

    Buds 2 was hard to beat. Nice voice features, but buds pro 2 has better touch. I love the way the 3 reads my incoming text messages
