BAD BUDS

Neither does the case you put them in to recharge them. I don't know if I got a refurbished pair or if they are just bad. Too expensive to not stay charged for very long.

Samsung buds 3 pro

Right ear bud is not detected by the case or my phone. Case sometimes conect to the phone and sometimes does not. I tried various ways to fix it but nothing works. When I looked it up I realized that this has been a problem to other users since the earbuds came out.

Delivery/Shipping Service

Best buy uses a service called roadie. I have been waiting for over 8 hours for my product after the deliverer picked it up from the pick-up location. I don't understand why doesn't Best buy use something regular like FedEx or USPS or regular UPS.

Overpriced under quality

Looks great but poor quality!

Although the design is nice, the heaphones feel cheap and easily breakable. I've had them for less than a week, and my right headphone randomly makes "thump, thump, thump," sounds, so I have to exchange them. I do not recommend them and hope they find a unique/sleek design for their next ones!

Won't charge

Unfortunately i didnt buy the warranty, that's my fault but it still isn't right that i paid $260 and they are broke in under 5 months

Total ripoff do not buy!

These were good but now they sound like absolute trash now. Should have went with a better brand. Dont make the mistake i made and buy this garbage they sound bad and the housing gets random cracks which samsung will say its out of warranty. If you wanna listen to strings on can these are the buds for you.

Beware-Failed and samsung will not warranty

Issue got worse and worse so sent in for warranty repair. Samsung wants 200 for repair and not covered under warranty even though they are less than 5 months old. I would highly recommend staying away from these.

Needs work

Dissatisfied

I've tried all 3 rubber tips, the pods dont stay in my ears. The sound quality is like I'm under water all of the time. When im talking on the phone or listening to music, i experience an echoing sound, or sounds of the ocean. People seem to hear me more clearer without them.

You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Great buds for Apple users to

I didn’t think anything could top XM5’s- IMHO XM5’s have best sound, fit perfect , Great ANC. BUT, then Galaxy Pro3’s enter the game. These buds sound Awesome! Crisp & LOUD! Buds stay in ears!!! I thought for sure I was going to have to get aftermarket foam tips to keep these in like Apple- no issues. I like the grey color, buds /case are all solid quality. I actually like the lights on buds- adds a little something different & looks good. Buds charge w/ no issues on wireless charger. Now for everyone w/ an iPhone- these will work perfectly. You have to load the app from Windows store and then you can set buds up / custom to your liking. You Will Not have an app for phone. Once you set up buds they hold set up created. So w/ an iPhone Pro3’s Sound is Awesome, can turn on lights, have ANC options, pause/ skip: replay., voice controls etc The slide / button in stem is easy to use & works w/ ease. Hopefully this helps Apple users wondering if they will work who want a change. 2 days been using these buds and they are Great! Having a few of the best buds you can get I would put them in thus order: Galaxy Pro3 (small edge on Sony) Sony XM5 & Apple Pro2.
