Buy the Buds Pro 2 instead
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my Samsung Buds Pro 3 at launch. So I have been using them for many months. I use my ear buds not just for working out but doing chores around the house. I love the Buds Pro 2 and was extremely excited for the predecessor. The only redeeming thing these Buds have to offer is their noise canceling. It's probably the best I'm the business! But the sound quality is the same as the Buds Pro 2. The biggest factor for me giving these a 1 star review is the fact that the right ear bud is never charged. I have to sit and adjust it for several minutes to make sure it is sitting perfectly in its slot within the case or else it stops charging. There have been so many times I've left the ear Buds in the case charging and I'll open the case to use my Buds and the Case will be at 100%, the left earbud will be at 100%, and the right ear bud will be at 45%. I have contacted support and they just tell me to take them some where that isn't close by to have them looked at. I wish I had returned them sooner. Also, they die really fast. You might be lucky to get 2 hours.

Not worth the price but not a bad pair of earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It might be the getting used to the stem. the audio controls are questionable. Feels flimsy. The Led does nothing but look cool and drain the battery. Samsung find feature is meh at best. Now the cool part they are pretty nice with ANC and the sound isn't bad. If you can get them as a package deal then definitely worth it. Otherwise its a first gen of a new design. Bugs abound. Still works great with all android devices. Tested: Motorola, samsung: S21,23

Terrible design
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came from a pair of Sony WF-1000XM5's, and there is no comparison. The Samsungs are garbage when compared to the Sony's. The fit is horrible, and i cannot get a tight seal in my ear regardless of the which tips i used. On top of the poor fit, the control functions require you to "pinch" the stem of the ear bud. This causes the headphone to move around and lose what poor seal i was able to get in my ear. I will be returning these headphones and spending the extra $100 for a new set of Sonys.

Posted .Aloha JayL, thank you for taking the opportunity to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Your thoughts and critiques are invaluable to us as we strive to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Wearing your earbuds properly is very important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you are aware, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If you would like more information regarding fit, feel free to check out "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro." The Buds3 Pro offers intuitive touch controls using pinch and swipe gestures on the blade of each earbud. You can easily customize these controls in the Galaxy Wearable app to control music playback, answer calls, adjust volume, and more. If you would like to share additional feedback with us or if you would like any further assistance after reviewing the resource shared, do not hesitate to reach out to Support. Thank you for being a staunch Samsung customer. - Debra

Prone to many issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Most notably changing/replacing the ear tips, because of how difficult it is to take them out you do risk breaking the tips and the Buds themselves. Not to mention the constant moisture detected error that will not go away even with placing these and the case on a fan. I do plan to refund/return these after seeing how much of an issue this is online. I'd avoid these entirely. Not to mention everything I tried with these earbuds are average at best. Only the transparency mode is actually good while the ANC is not as good as even $100 earbuds. (Soundcore Liberty 4 Pro do a much better job with ANC and even audio quality, only transparency was it's weak point but it's manageable) That and the battery life is awful. Using these for a 4 hour workout/walk brought the buds to 15% battery. That's laughable. I cannot recommend these even if you have a Samsung phone. Get another set of buds or go with something cheaper.

Posted .Howdy MrBurns, thanks for taking the available time out of your day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. We understand how frustrating it may be to change out your ear tips. To make the process as streamlined as possible, please take a look at "How to change the tips on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro." The moisture detection error means the device's charging case (or potentially the buds themselves) has detected moisture or a foreign object in the charging contacts, preventing charging. Please ensure that your case, earbuds, charging port and contacts are dry or place in a well-ventilated area. You can also clear your USB cache afterward to help resolve what you have described. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of play. Please take a moment to review, "The battery life of your Samsung earbuds" if you would like to learn more about battery expectations. Worst Samsung earbuds ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these earphones twice, both times there's been a charging issue. I remember having the Galaxy Buds Plus back in 2020 they were great, battery, sound, fit, mic not so much, and friends have the GB Pro 2 and they are fantastic, but then this product comes around and has great controls, good sound quality and noise cancellation plus great mic (whenever it's not bugging out), but of course they have the biggest issue of all the charging case not charging the earbud. I am giving then 1 star because I can't give them a lower score and at least the remaining features work somewhat, but it's truly a depressing flagship. Samsung fix your stuff. It's been more than a month already since left bud doesn't charge properly. Just waiting on Sony to release news on the XM5 successors and just lose this sad excuse of earbuds. Don't buy you're doing yourself a favor because I am a Samsung user and still not worth the trouble.

WORST EARBUDS EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the WORST earbuds I have ever owned! I bought them in July on preorder and was VERY excited!! That is where the nightmare began. FIRST They are uncomfortable and fit terribly! NEXT the left earbud would magically stop working even when on full charge. I would put them back in the charger and it would start working the next day! THEN the right earbud would start to die out in less than an hour. THEN it would not charge past 67% even when charged overnight. Then It wouldn't accept a charge at all and just died. Haver not been able to charge it in a week...now I only have the left bud working and it only charges to 82% even when charged overnight. They have never been dropped or damaged!! It has been VERY frustrating!!

No touch controls!! Don't buy.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is good except there are no touch controls to change the volume, music track, etc. The stem is very hard to hold because of a very small triangular design. Makes holding nearly impossible. All the other features are great but because there is no touch control I cannot reccomend these. Do not buy them. Bad design.

D0 NOT BUY THESE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are an active listener in all climates and situations DO NOT BUY THESE. I have bought 2 pairs and both pairs have broken. Simply because i work outdoors in climate, or even possibly because i have these poor quality pieces in while doing the dishes. If your hands are even remotely wet, you go to change to song, pause, or do anything via the controls on the earpiece, they will break. The plastic doesnt fit my ear, to the extent i had to buy third party foams that worked perfect. So that was the first pairs problem so i gave the benefit of the doubt. The second pair, same thing. Wont charge after 2 weeks of use. I gave my due diligence with the second pair too, making sure to dry my hands before touching them. Keeping the base far away from moisture. But alas. Still the same thing happened. So im done with any and all of this product.

Sounds fine, everything else isnt
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pinch controls are bad and super inconvenient especially if your working where gloves or with dirty hands you dont want to rub across your cheek, they dont stay in your ear well at all and even if they arent falling out by themselves their protruding stems catch on anything they can to yank themselves out, they're also just big clunky and look bad with bad color choices
