    Good, Not Great

I normally use AirPods Pro with my iPhone, so I thought to get the Galaxy Buds for the live translation and dual connection to watch movies in bed. We didn't get there. The audio quality is good, not great; but the deal breaker was the fit. The buds would fall out of my ear with the slightest movement. My AirPods fall out if I jump around, so I can't exercise. These I couldn't even stand up without losing them. I also had connectivity issues to my LG TV and the volume was low and did not work. For the price, these were named Pro, but they missed the mark by a lot.

Hello DanielS, thank you for taking the time to share your sentiments with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. You can connect Galaxy Buds3 Pro to an iPhone via Bluetooth for basic audio, but the core AI translation features require a compatible Samsung Galaxy phone and its Galaxy AI, as the processing happens on the phone, not the earbuds themselves. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If you would like more information regarding fit, feel free to review "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro." If you would like any further assistance afterward, please feel free to reach out to Support. Thanks for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra Samsung

I've always bought Jbl and other brands but these are the only buds that have exceeded My expectations the sound is great everyone can hear Me on the phone and the battery last good time when I'm out driving. The location when You loose them is great since I've left them behind a couple of times really helps.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro marks a major design shift, abandoning the classic stemless shape for a new stem-style design (complete with a signature "Blade Light"). They deliver excellent, high-fidelity audio via a new dual-driver system, which sounds clear, crisp, and fully customizable via the in-app EQ. A key feature is the deep integration of Galaxy AI, enabling powerful tools like real-time Interpreter Mode directly through the earbuds. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is strong and fully adaptive, but it generally lags behind the top-tier performance of competitors like the AirPods Pro 3. The main drawback for daily use is the awkward, angular stems, which can make them fiddly and inconvenient to correctly place back into the charging case. Verdict: If you are fully committed to the Samsung Galaxy ecosystem, the Buds 3 Pro offers fantastic audio quality and innovative AI functionality, making them the best option for Android flagship users—provided you can adjust to the new stem design and case ergonomics.

From the moment I popped the Buds3 Pro into my ears, it was clear these weren’t just another pair of wireless earbuds—they feel like a premium, thoughtfully designed audio experience. The fit is comfortable and lightweight, and the stems give a modern look while still keeping things fairly low-profile. Sound is amazing. Best gift spent to myself

The sound quality is superb and each bud offers an impressive amount of battery life. They're also very comfortable and rest well within my ears, even during intense workouts. However, their performance during calls is abysmal; especially if you're someone like me who prefers wearing one earbud at a time. Every time I get a phone call, I spend the first 30-seconds or so adjusting settings until the person(s) on the other end can hear me. At that point, they can hear me a little better, but never well unless I have both buds in. I never had this issue with other Galaxy Buds, and I've exchanged these for a new pair three times now, with no success. Hopefully the next generation of buds improves upon this dreadful backstep.

Howdy Sterlin, thank you for reaching out to share your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to make improvements on the performance and functionality of our product line. If your Galaxy Buds earbuds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Check out, "No, low, or poor audio quality on Samsung earbuds" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your device. Feel free to reach out to Support if you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance. Thank you for being a devoted Samsung customer. - Debra Samsung

I love these Buds. I had too use the larger buds. They stay in my ears much better. Sound quality is amazing. Music, Movies . Movies Sound like my hometheater. Sounds are crystal clear. Controls are a little tricky. But i use voice command. Hearse my voice very well. They don't feel cheap. Love the sturdy case. Charges faster. Not fast charge. But well enough. Answering calls. Excellent. Love the sound setting. Hear my surroundings almost crystal clear. When i don't want to hear anything but my music. Sound suppression is outstanding. Could it be better? Just a little. But still Excellent. If your having issues keeping them in your ears you can get a clip to hold them in place. On Amazon. These are worth every penny.

Absolutely wonderful earbuds! I was hesitant about the shape as I have the original Buds two generations back; however, these go in with a slight twist and sits down in my ears nicely. I keep them in my gym bag, however, next plane trip I will use these to check out the noise canceling. Sound is amazing, and battery life is long. They also have a translator built in which alleviates me from swapping earbuds when I travel overseas.

These Galaxy Buds were a great step up from the Skull Candy's that I had previously as well as the Belkin's. The sound quality is amazing on call and streaming music and videos (Netflix, Youtube, Prime etc). They stay in my ear(s) while I use them and dont slip out. The extra nibs are a great feature too. I love the settings that let me switch between different sound settings. My favorite might have to be the noise cancelling as it really does help you immerse yourself in whatever you are listening to. I would highly reccommend these earbuds.

These are wonderful. I put them on and forget that I have them in my ears. I'm not used to wearing earbuds and put it off for quite some time, but finally decided to purchase them when they were on sale. The sound quality is very good and I thought it was pretty amazing when they informed me that I had the wrong sized tips in and recommended a smaller size for optimal sound. Pretty cool!

Honestly, these sound great. The noise canceling is solid and they definitely feel like a step up in tech. That said, the new stem design is a 'your mileage may vary' situation. They stay in fine for me, but it takes a second to get the seal right compared to the old ones. If you're already in the Samsung ecosystem, the features are worth it, but don't expect them to feel exactly like the Buds2.

I'm a big samsung fan. However after owning three pair of the Samsung buds live, i am not a fan of these. Yes, they look cool, and soud decent. But they fall out very easily. If they hit the floor they have a high pitched wistle, then you cabt grt to stop until you out them back in the case. I cant get the touch functions to work on the bud themselves while in ny ear, but maybe i just need more understanding of how it works. They sound good while in ny ear though, and are great at blocking out noise and conversation i dont want to hear.
