As a bonus, I can walk around the whole house still listening to my program! They did cut in and out until I went back to Best Buy and was told I should have also bought a Universal Dual Bluetooth Wireless Audio Transmitter. They now work great!

Fit is nice (using already installed earbuds) and sound and anc work well. If you own an S25, or have the latest Samsung OS, there are some additional quality of life features you can use to adjust settings.

I will say be quite careful where your finger brushes on the other speakers. Could peak and irritate your ears, besides that. Great sound, looks great in person too. Would recommend if you are on the normal 2s or first gen. If you possess the buds pro 2 maybe you might want to hold on those a bit.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.upgraded from the galaxy buds 2 pro. these are slightly better . i will say that the buds 2 pro model are still very well updated in terms of sound and touch controls. the buds pro 3 however are slightly better because the controls are on the stem of the earbud and not directly on it so you can adjust earbuds with accedental touches.

Has anyone actually won the $400 gift card from Best Buy for submitting a review? Anyway, I bought these as a birthday gift for my wife. She had a pair of Raycons and lost one of the buds. She also had the Apple pods pro to compare these too. These won and she returned the Apple pods. She was already a part of the Samsung eco system, and these made the most sense. She loves them and says the sound is crisp and the noise cancelling feature is the best she ever owned. She highly recommends them.

In-depth reviews show that the ANC isn't that much better in cancellation, but the touch controls and comfortability are far better than the Buds2 Pro. My only issue with them is there's a software bug where if ANC is enabled and a loud noise occurs next to you, there will be a loud pop repeated through the buds. This can be anything simple as clipping your nails. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon. Also, one feature that I was hoping to see that was not added this generation is the Galaxy Find or Google's FindMyDevice network. This is a huge shame since Google's Pixel Buds2 Pro are expected to have this feature, as of now the Buds3 Pro only allow you to find individual buds if they're out of the case and within Bluetooth range, but not the case itself with the buds if they're lost.

We appreciate your honesty as we strive to provide the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Because of any moisture or anything in the atmosphere or anywhere got on it, it wouldn't charge. And it would just blink red But I love samsung, and they are great.The sound quality is awesome and comparable with bose

Helps keep my conversations private and handsfree. The sound quality is great. When at work I use just one and am able to hear whats going on around me. When using both there is a noise cancelling that allows me to enjoy u-tube and/or video games on my phone.
