The sound quality has extreme depth and detail. The ANC and ambient modes are seamless and superb as well. The stem design makes these more comfortable for long term use as well. Definitely recommend these!

They deliver amazing sound and deep bass that enhances music better than my Beats Pro. They sync seamlessly with my Galaxy devices and are SO comfortable, I can wear them all day without any issues.

I did have to upgreade the silicone for my inner ear because i wanted a more secure fit but other then that great battery life

Awesome Headphones

Only five it a 4 stars since it doesn't really cancel noises. But it awesome since the headphone could detect voices and open up for you to listen. If you have a samsung phone, it connected to your wearable app. The headphone last me about 5 hours but since I only used one sided, I would switch out and it will last me a full day at work.

We appreciate your honesty as we strive to provide the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. I like the new features. I can say stop or play music. They even tell me when to stretch. I can also volume up and volume down to control the volume. Wish they were louder though.

So I expected all the pieces to be in there. It turned out of the ear pieces only small and large were included but not the medium. I am managing with the "small" but I think it should have been made clear if the most common ear-piece size was not going to be included. The manual/quick start guide was also missing but that did not cause any inconvenience as I could easily google the start-up instructions

Another issue i have is that the esrbud wnds up getting lose n slipping out multiple times during a wearing session. Mine literally just fell in dish water a minute after adjuating the warbud to fit back in my ear again. Other than that i enjoyed using them wen i did. After that one fell in the dish water right now, i wont use em again. Smh.

Does everything as advertised Sound quality is pretty good as well. So long as you have a good fit with the silicon in your ear with the sound cancelling works pretty good as well.

As for the product's performance, the earbuds work well; they connected automatically to my phone (S24) and the sound quality is excellent. Since this was my first “open box” purchase, I'm satisfied with both the quality and the price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another item like this.

She had some jbl ear buds for several years but they were starting to give her trouble. She says the sound and ease of use on these is way better and the battery life is 10x better.

I have had a little trouble getting them to stay in my ears, but after experimenting with the smaller sized rubber pieces, they seem to be fitting well.
