The sound on these are my far the best sound from listening to music to phone calls. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a pair.

I love these, use them every single day, hours on end. The customizable sound and settings allows them to be tailored to your needs. I'd give it 5 stars but for me the fit has never been right.

Their ability to switch between my phone, PC, and tablet with very little effort is by far my favorite feature. The sound controls, both internal and external, are a strong too.

Won't Charge After A Week

I've used the Galaxy line of phone for more than 10 years, own Samsung TV's, and have never had a problem. But these buds I cannot recommend. The sound is great, but after using them just 3 or 4 times, the right bud won't charge. It looks like the pin either fell out or is stuck down inside the case. I've seen multiple threads online with users having the same issue. This has been the first truly disappointing experience I've ever had with a Samsung product. The cheap $50 JBL buds I bought lasted for two years and sound almost as good.

GET SOMETHING ELSE

Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Good, Not Great

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I normally use AirPods Pro with my iPhone, so I thought to get the Galaxy Buds for the live translation and dual connection to watch movies in bed. We didn't get there. The audio quality is good, not great; but the deal breaker was the fit. The buds would fall out of my ear with the slightest movement. My AirPods fall out if I jump around, so I can't exercise. These I couldn't even stand up without losing them. I also had connectivity issues to my LG TV and the volume was low and did not work. For the price, these were named Pro, but they missed the mark by a lot.

You can connect Galaxy Buds3 Pro to an iPhone via Bluetooth for basic audio, but the core AI translation features require a compatible Samsung Galaxy phone and its Galaxy AI, as the processing happens on the phone, not the earbuds themselves. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. Garbage fit.

These were horrible and hurt immediately. I have Nuratrue, Denon, Other Galaxy forms of earbuds and none of them hurt like these did. Returned the next day.

Replaced some Bose noise canceling that broke and I like these more because they feel more stable in my ears. I like the voice controls and the fact that they don’t switch modes or turn off by touch.
