Started a couple weeks in which i was able to fix by following a youtube video explaining how you need to adjust tiny connectors with a screw driver. Fix didn't last long and I can no longer get it to work. Sound and features were good but I'm definitely not buying Samsung earbuds again

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. I loved the Buds 2 pro and thought this is a no-brainer. However , when I first listened to some EDM with them I thought "where is the bass?" They lack punch . Adjusting the EQ really doesn't do much. This hurts me to state this because I am a Samsung fanboy but these are average. Skullcandy Rail ANC 2s have better low end punch. Soundcore Liberty 3 pros have a much better balance between the lows , mids and highs. Really do some research before you get these.

She's everything Samsung but I'm satisfied with them. At least it's not the wrong item like last time and I didn't get accused of fraud
