These actually stay in my ears when I move, and the sound quality is great. Still working on how to use the controls on the buds as they are different from the prior versions. But glad I bought them.

It's great that they allow you to talk and silence the music during the conversation and then pick it back up when you're through ! I have a habit of losing them but with these you can find out the last location where you had them. If only you could find the case also, when the buds are in your ears...lol

The new pair has been working well and sould is ok. Does not have the most stable connection as i have noticed that it cuts out for a second every now and then. Both pairs did this so have to be the software or hardware itself. Have a samsung device so shouldn't be a compatibility issue. For the price have to say disappointing.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Please take a moment to check out, "Galaxy Buds won't stay connected to phone" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your connectivity. One downside is that it falls off my ear sometimes. Also, one small annoying thing about it is that it makes weird whistling sound painful to the ear sometimes, especially when you accidentally rub them.
