    Ear buds were delivered on time. There were no blemishes or wear. Looked brand new and worked as good as a full orice pair.

    The earbuds works after reset, but the package is missing the ear tips, so I have to spend more money buying third party ear tips since Samsung don't sell them separately. I don't think Geek squad certified means anything.

    Bought these refurbished and they came with everything like new. No issues whatsoever and for half the price almost of a brand new one. Highly recommend

    These earbuds were purcuased refurbished but didnt appear to go through refurbished process as but were missing ear pieces. When i pressed right but it had a loud obnoxious ring. I returned them - fetuen process was easy enough

    My old buds2 sound quality is still better than this one. Same goes to the battery life, it depletes faster than my old bud2. Possibly coz its not brand new device and sold for a cheap price.

    Charger stopped working correctly. Had to push ear buds down to get charging connection. Other than that pretty good earphones.
