They work extremely well in the Samsung ecosystem, swithcing from phone to tablet is a breeze as as long as they are paired to both. The ANC is also very good. When listening to music the bass and highs sounds great

I am on calls alot with work, and usually have a lot of background noise, but these block out most of the background noises making work calls much easier and more clear.

The ear buds connect seamlessly and i am really enjoying the different audio adjustments you can do easliy from your phone.

Now they are in an area where I never been. Crazy right!! If I could get then replace I would, right now I'm currently waiting on the Buds4 pro!

Buds throw charging errors ALL THE TIME!!!

I would give them a 5 start because overall they have good sound and are comfortable but the frustration of not charging is a real pain. You have to either update or reset them in order to temporarily fix the issue until next time. I would not buy again becaise of this issue! Would of returned but the time frame has expired.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device:
1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.

Galaxy buds pro 3

Wind noise is an issue on bike rides, and noise cancelation is average. Music sounds great, but I have to readjust them often when running. Solid overall for daily use.

These actually stay in my ears when I move, and the sound quality is great. Still working on how to use the controls on the buds as they are different from the prior versions. But glad I bought them.

Wouldn't buy again

The new pair has been working well and sould is ok. Does not have the most stable connection as i have noticed that it cuts out for a second every now and then. Both pairs did this so have to be the software or hardware itself. Have a samsung device so shouldn't be a compatibility issue. For the price have to say disappointing.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Please take a moment to check out, "Galaxy Buds won't stay connected to phone" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your connectivity.
