They are sensitive, but the sound quality with speech and music is off the hook! Definitely an upgrade from my Jabra. And I LOVE Jabra.

I can honestly say that i am loving these new buds. The sound is great the only thing is the battery life could be better other than that theyvare a 9 0ut of 10. .

No detailed instructions with device or online on how to use and utilize the features. Location finder not very reliable, battery recharge rate not very good.

A bit pricey since inhad found better ear pods for 20$ less but i dont regret the purchase. Plus i have best buy protection in case which the other ear buds wouldnt have.

Samsung Buds are TRASH

I had to return Buds2 Pro for a similar issue - the right bud stopped charging. Buds3 PRo had just come out so I grabbed them. Great sound! Cool features. Then within 2-months the right bud stopped charging and the case just blinks red. What's worse, a call to Samsung will be greeted with techs who don't know about the issue and just tell you to reset or bring the buds in for service. But one Google / Reddit search will show all the Buds3 Pro owners with the same issue. Namely, the Buds work for a few weeks then the right bud stops charging. Buy something else until Samsung gets their act together.
