We appreciate your honesty as we strive to provide the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. These are so comfortable and the new features are awesome. The seamless connection feature is one of my favorites, with almost no delay in connection. It switches devices almost instanly making multitasking on multiple devices a breeze. Everything about these from the quality to function makes them well worth every penny.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.upgraded from the galaxy buds 2 pro. these are slightly better . i will say that the buds 2 pro model are still very well updated in terms of sound and touch controls. the buds pro 3 however are slightly better because the controls are on the stem of the earbud and not directly on it so you can adjust earbuds with accedental touches.

Has anyone actually won the $400 gift card from Best Buy for submitting a review? Anyway, I bought these as a birthday gift for my wife. She had a pair of Raycons and lost one of the buds. She also had the Apple pods pro to compare these too. These won and she returned the Apple pods. She was already a part of the Samsung eco system, and these made the most sense. She loves them and says the sound is crisp and the noise cancelling feature is the best she ever owned. She highly recommends them.

They deliver amazing sound and deep bass that enhances music better than my Beats Pro. They sync seamlessly with my Galaxy devices and are SO comfortable, I can wear them all day without any issues.

Does everything as advertised Sound quality is pretty good as well. So long as you have a good fit with the silicon in your ear with the sound cancelling works pretty good as well.

The sound quality has extreme depth and detail. The ANC and ambient modes are seamless and superb as well. The stem design makes these more comfortable for long term use as well. Definitely recommend these!

These new ones don't fit in ear well, and the touch controls are bad: The new pinch button takes 2 fingers to use, and is hard to find. The slide gesture to change volume seems unpolished. The battery is only 6 hours. The case is huge taking up lots of pocket room. The good: sound quality is great. Active noise canceling is the best yet, so if you need that, these are good. Overall I miss the smaller size, good fit, and easy touch controls of my old Galaxy buds.

He absolutely loves these so much!! The noise cancelling is his favorite, because it truly works, unlike most other devices that claim to have that feature. Solid 10/10 recommend. I can't leave out how amazing Best Buy's customer servie is. From the minute you walk in the door, to the minute you walk out the door, everyone who works there is exceptional, great interpersonal skills, super friendly, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond. They always exceed our expectations! I will not be straying from Best Buy for any reason when in need of new tech, computers, smart devices, etc!

Audio quality was great, ANC was decent, and the integration with Samsungs products also was amazing, being able to switch on the fly between devices. Ultimately they got uncomfortable quickly, the earbuds themselves were too big in my ears.

She had some jbl ear buds for several years but they were starting to give her trouble. She says the sound and ease of use on these is way better and the battery life is 10x better.

Because of any moisture or anything in the atmosphere or anywhere got on it, it wouldn't charge. And it would just blink red But I love samsung, and they are great.The sound quality is awesome and comparable with bose

Helps keep my conversations private and handsfree. The sound quality is great. When at work I use just one and am able to hear whats going on around me. When using both there is a noise cancelling that allows me to enjoy u-tube and/or video games on my phone.
