Easy to get used to, great sound, and very comfortable. Noise cancellation is excellent.

This is my second pair of Samsung ear buds. My previous ones lasted around 3 years before the audio stopped working in one ear. Have nothing but good things to say about them. The noise cancelling is better than the first gen and sound is cleaner and fuller. Would recommend to anyone and especially people with other Samsung electronics.I have a Samsung phone, watch, tv, and sound bar and they work seamlessly with them all.

Great compatability if you already have a Samsung phone. Had other brands but they have too many connection conflicts and kept disconnecting or not shutting off when taken off. These are great. Easy to use and manage fo either bud on top of the amazing sound.

The product it self is amazing. The buds and sound quality are top tier. I use them for the gym and they do not fall off which was huge considering that the apple ones always fall off. The reason for the 4 star is because with this being my second set i see abrepeated issue... the charging of the individual ear bud. For some reason its always the right ear bud that struggles to charge. On my first one i had to wiggle the bud for it to get a "sweet spot" for it to charge. On this second pair i now have to wait until the bud fully loses power for it to even want to take charge. Huge inconvenience when its at 10% and dies mid workout but theres nothing you can do because it wont charge until its fully dead.

NGL these are top tier earbuds. They sound amazing and fit well plus have a real sleek look. They don’t have better transparency than AirPod pro 2 but the noise cancellation is about the same. They sound much better however.

Great ear buds, perfect fit, great sound, very likable to use.

Not really happy with these high dollar earbuds.Yeah,they are packed full of fancy features.Like voice control,Real time translation and decent noise cancelling.Problem is Samsung seemed to be more concerned with the features over the sound.Ive had these since Aug 8th and no matter what i set sound settings on,the Bass on these are weak.Mids and treble notes are crisp,clean and clear.But with weak bass they just dont sound full.If you're looking for Buds with decent sound (mids,treble) but not enough low end presense.These are for you.Ive hoped for a firmware update that would give the bass more punch.I ordered these with confidence that with having 2 drivers in each bud that the soundstage would be full bodied.Sadly the sound doesnt justify the $250 price.Will be returning these as i have the Baseus bp1 pro buds that were $40 and have a better overall sound.

The sound quality is absolutely impressive. Thanks to the new, advanced bi-amplified speaker system, they deliver a wide range of sound, from rich bass to clear highs. They let you experience every detail of your music. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) performance is also top-notch. Even in noisy environments, it effectively isolates external sounds, allowing you to fully focus on your music or podcasts.

Surprisingly comfortable with great sound quality and noise canceling ability

Excellent sound quality, not as good sound cancelation as the previous generation, but definitely still has good noise cancelation. I find them a bit more comfortable than the previous generation.

Likes: The buds sit well in the ear. I had airpod pros for years, so I was accustomed to their shape. I have had no issue keepimg them in my ear for long periods of time, the only issues arising becaise I just haven't cleaned my ears in a bit. The sound quality is wonderful and the noise cancelling just edges the airpod pros, although one would be best off using the "dynamic" EQ setting, as "balanced" sounds markedly worse out of the box. The controls: They work well! The shape of the stems, which I thought would hinder the controls on the buds, actually doesn't bother it at all. I'm easily able to pause music, adjust the volume, or turn on noise cancelling mode without trouble. The negatives: The design is atrocious. I understand that a shot-for-shot remake of the air pods design couldn't be done, but the geometric shape? This ain't it. I've owned the buds for only a short time and have had a dozen moments of dropping the buds taking them out or putting them into the case with how tight the shape has to fit in the case. Any edge not exactly hitting the right side and the buds will shoot off to a side and you drop them. The only reason this doesn't take 2 stars from my review is because the buds work well once you get past taking them out or putting them back in. The battery life is reasonable, if not a bit disappointing. I'm getting nearly 4.5 hours of time without placing them back in the case. That's fine enough with me not needing them for that long at any one time, but technology has been out there long enough to see buds perform as well and have longer battery. I think Samsung has been lazy with their innovation on that side, instead hitting the AI-train harder than the foundational benefits of a good earbud. The AI: AI as a concept is pretty neat, and I've been receptive to the Galaxy phones using more of it. I find it relatively helpful. For the buds, though? I don't see any practical use of the "real-time-translation" feature, which was their headline feature. I'm not out in various countries speaking to multiple languages daily. Sadly, their mainstay AI feature is more of a novelty that would see more practical use in the far-out, space fantasy novels where they took inspiration from. Connectivity: This isn't a glaring concern, but enough to mention. Multiple times when I'm in a mode (ANC/hear-through) the mode will shift to where one bud will turn it off, like it's not in my ear. It goes back to where it should be after an adjustment. I'm unsure if this is a "fit issue," but it does get annoying having to adjust again and again to get the ANC I'd like. Overall, the buds are good buds. I purchased these because of the nice integration with my S25, and that does drive home a lot of positives for me. Had this been a neutral phone, I still feel that my old airpod pros 2 were the better buds, even if pure sound quality is lesser. As much grief as apple deserves for so much, they iron out issues. It's a bit surprising that the design and connection issues went through so much QC and no one thought to sit down and rework some of the glaring issues for the user experience.

Bought these as a gift for our son. He loves them! Has great sound quality and comfortable to wear all day as he is in college and walks around the campus. As great sound with phone calls when is driving.

Better than expected. A little pricey but worth it. They had great sound quality and battery life.
