Finally got a bud with a stem and finally they stsy put in my ears. Sound quality is superb. Battery life a little less than im used to but still totally worth it. Love these especially in chsrcoal gray

Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. These were horrible and hurt immediately. I have Nuratrue, Denon, Other Galaxy forms of earbuds and none of them hurt like these did. Returned the next day.

As we strive to be innovative and make improvements on the design and functionality of our products, your feedback is invaluable. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Wearing your earbuds correctly is very important for several reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Love that i can use ambient mode and still be aware of my surroundings. Having used air pods before i can say that this headphones are way better.

I've used the Galaxy line of phone for more than 10 years, own Samsung TV's, and have never had a problem. But these buds I cannot recommend. The sound is great, but after using them just 3 or 4 times, the right bud won't charge. It looks like the pin either fell out or is stuck down inside the case. I've seen multiple threads online with users having the same issue. This has been the first truly disappointing experience I've ever had with a Samsung product. The cheap $50 JBL buds I bought lasted for two years and sound almost as good.

Setup was extremely easy, and using them day to day is very intuitive. The voice commands work great and respond quickly, and the pinch controls are smooth, accurate, and convenient without being overly sensitive. Sound quality and call handling were also solid during the short time I used them. Unfortunately, I can’t give these 5 stars because of the fit. None of the included ear tip sizes would stay securely in my ears. No matter which size I tried, the buds constantly felt loose and would fall out, making them impractical for regular use. Because of this, I’ll be returning them. Great features and controls, but the fit just didn’t work for me.

Also, the battery life isn't as good as the B2P. Boo.
