They're quite comfortable in the ears with minimal adjustments. I paired them with a Samsung TV and they're easy to set up. Overall, these are quite good.

However, they do have some defects—specifically with charging. The left earbud has to be placed a certain way in the case to charge properly, which can be frustrating. Aside from that issue, they work great.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. Ive cleaned it, reset it and for whatever reason it wont charge. At 1st it wasnt even appearing on my app. Finally after resetting it a few times it picked it up but still wont charge. Funny thing is the right bud hardly gets used maybe used it less than 20 times. Dont know what else to do.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great earbuds by far. Noise Cancelling is pretty good compared to other ones ive owned. I give it a solid 8/10. Battery does last quite a long time as well. I use these on a daily for work and home.

I wear these all day and they are great for going between loud and quiet environments but over time they tend to cause very minor irritation from pressure.

I love the voice features in them. I dont have to worry about pulling out my phone in the gym or running to change a song. I can just say "next song." Good bass also.
