Worst "Upgrade" I've had.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the pro series of all the Galaxy buds since Gen One, and this generation has the worst noise cancelation compared to the other. I used earbuds when I am doing demolition to minimize ear damage and these headphones on "Adaptive noise cancelation" just make the jackhammer even louder. Not to mention, the dezign is just awful. The earbuds are difficult to put in the case and have them charge. I've had them in their case fully charged just for the earbuds themseleves to not charge at all. The only good thing I think about these is that the earbuds have a better mic quality when on call compared to the others.

The Active Noise Cancelling feature has been designed to reduce or eliminate unwanted background noise to enhance your listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer improved Active Noise Cancellation and other features like Adaptive Noise Control, Voice Detect, and Siren Detect, which are all enhanced by Galaxy AI. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Good, But Not Great.

They have a good sound, they work well enough for calls in apps such as Discord, and are a great size. The only complaint I have is that after some time wearing them, they tend to hurt the ear.

I love the Wear app as you can adjust the setting for the earbuds. The feature of whether the earbuds are placed in your ear for maximum sound was very helpful in calibrating the earbuds to the settings of ambient sound and noise cancelling.

BUT they came with the find me linked to someone else's email. Ive tried reaching out to the email they're linked to but the previous owner won't reply. So now the previous owner can see my location whenever I use them and I also can trade them in for the new earbud pro 4s that are coming out

I recently switched from Apple after 10 year, and I bought these to replace my air pods 2 pros. I can't tell any difference in sound, features are great! My FIL speaks Malyalum,and I listen to him to translate. They're a good match if you switch or straight up need pods to go with your Samsung.
