Verry good headphones.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had them for a bit now after having the white ones, they have good noise cancelation and passthrough, and the adapting noise cancelation works about 90% of the time. my fav future is how you can swipe up and down on the stem to raise and lower the volume.

However, the build quality is disappointing. Two noticalble flaws i have noticed are the brightness of the LED bar on both earbuds are not the same. The left earbud dimmer than the right earbud. It is very noticeable when compared side by side. The second flaw is the charging connection. There has been a couple of times where my earbuds do not charge with nothing obstructing the connection. Quick solution is to clean the case and earbuds thoroughly. I personally would not spend $250 on these again.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro's blade lights indicate the buds' current status. The blade lights will be lit when the following occurs: * When opening and closing the charging case. * When pairing with a Galaxy device. * When searching for your earbuds. You can also activate the blade lights by pressing and holding the earbuds when they are not being worn, as well as select your preferred lighting style in the Galaxy Wearable app. Here's how: > On the phone that your buds are connected to, open the Galaxy Wearable app, then tap Earbud controls. > Tap Earbud lights controls. > You can choose Blinking, Fade in and out, or Steady. Feel free to check out, "What do the blade lights mean on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro?" if you would like more information. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.
