My only complaint is it's difficult to get the buds to stay in my ears sometimes, especially if im doing something active. Otherwise they're great and im happy with the purchase

Wouldn't buy again

The new pair has been working well and sould is ok. Does not have the most stable connection as i have noticed that it cuts out for a second every now and then. Both pairs did this so have to be the software or hardware itself. Have a samsung device so shouldn't be a compatibility issue. For the price have to say disappointing.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Please take a moment to check out, "Galaxy Buds won't stay connected to phone" to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your connectivity. Received the product from a person named Mia in the bakersfield location and the whole transaction it seemed to be forced as if she didn't want anything to do with anybody in my line. Mia completely act like she didn't want to be there. And you could see it in her face and her expressions as well as her interaction with the customer before me period. Please take this with that's much courtesy as you can , Mia needs to be placed in a location where she doesn't have to deal with customers perioto be placed in a location where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Other than that, the store employees around the store. We're very helpful and kind.

I love the noise canceling feature as I work in loud environments. Sometimes when laying down one earbud will change sound modes but overall excellet.

They work great with my samsung galaxy ultra 25. The case battery doesnt last as long as id like. I wear them for 10hrs a day and i have to charge the case every two or three days.
