Run, Air out and charge,

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use them for running in the mornings, but when I finish my run and put them in the case, they don’t charge due to the moisture from sweat. So every time I use them for running, I have to dry them with a tissue and let them air out for a while before I can place them in the case. That’s the only issue I’ve noticed in terms of functionality. As for the aesthetics, the case looks cheap and low quality—it’s a shame it doesn’t have the smooth texture of previous versions.

We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line as well as the design. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers an IP57 rating for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant). Since the earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water, if you get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them. If you need to use the earbuds for a phone call immediately after they have gotten wet, the microphone may have water in it. This may lower the volume of your voice when speaking to someone on the other line. Make sure to dry them. If moisture remains inside the earbuds after drying them, audio quality may be poor. Great ear buds for the price

I use these for work, I am able to listen to music while still being able to hear my surroundings clearly without removing them due to the ambient sound feature.

Excellent sound while on the airplane. Got off the plane, stuff them in my sweatshirt pocket. And I lost them! {tear} I immediately ordered another pair. L O V E !

Noise cancelation is good bit takes few seconds for the sound to come back once you stop talking. Having hard time connecting them to my computer HP

They're quite comfortable in the ears with minimal adjustments. I paired them with a Samsung TV and they're easy to set up. Overall, these are quite good.
