My phone keeps pairing with the earphones even when they’re in the case and charging! The battery life is terrible — they drain super fast, even when they’re just sitting unused. Both the earbuds and the case don’t compare to the quality of the older models. They look nice, but they feel cheap and definitely aren’t worth $250. I’ve always been #TeamSamsung, but I’m really disappointed this time.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device:
1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.
Please ensure that your Galaxy Buds3 Pros are clean and free of debris. Also make sure that your case is clear and clean from obstructions. You can also reset your device to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your device.
