I love the good battery life; the new design is a plus.

First week they were fine. 2nd week the right ear bud no longer charges. The 3rd week the left one doesnt charge unless plugged into a power bank or some sort of charging port. Not to mention they only last about 3 hours before the battery dies. After 30 days they both dont want to charge. I fully regret buying these and will never buy samsung headphones ever again.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Please take a moment to review, "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" if you would like to learn more about your battery life. I haven't used any earbuds in years because people usually had trouble hearing me. Thought I would give these a try and they work great and callers have no trouble hearing me at all.
