    Buttons are hard to use. volume hard to adjust and I have a hard time keeping them in my ears.

    Love the features and how they work. they just really hurt to wear. Basically the actual bud is over sized and I have small ears in comparison. And when i would try to wear them they caused a pressure wound in my ear.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Wearing your earbuds properly is important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds.     Overall Samsung buds are worth it. 4 stars because they look like air pods now. I like the beans and the little nuggets over AirPods any day.

    These handle the sauna heat better than any others but sometimes they dont seat right in the charging case

    I have been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro for a week now. The audio quality is outstanding, with deep bass, crisp highs, and clear mids. while listening to music, podcasts, or watching videos, the sound is immersive and balanced. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) works great in blocking out background noise, allowing me to enjoy my audio even in noisy environments. The buds are lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods. They come with multiple ear tip sizes, so it is easy to find a perfect fit. I had to try a few tips to get it just right, but once I did, they stayed securely in place even during workouts. The battery life is pretty solid, lasting around 6-7 hours on a full charge with ANC on, and the charging case provides an additional 18-20 hours. The Sleek and premium design with a matte finish that does not attract fingerprints. The case is compact and easy to carry around. They’re also IPX7-rated, making them sweat and water-resistant—perfect for gym-goers and outdoor activities. The touch controls are intuitive and customizable. I especially love the seamless integration with Samsung’s ecosystem switching between my phone Fold 6, Galaxy tablet, and Galaxy laptop is effortless. The 360 Audio feature is a standout, providing an immersive surround sound experience during movies and gaming. The voice detection feature that automatically lowers the volume when I speak is also great feature. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for high-quality wireless earbuds with premium sound, strong noise cancellation, and excellent integration with Samsung devices.

    Charging issues

    Sound quality is amazing!! Love everything about these except the fact that the right bud has trouble charging 90% of the time. Now my case won't hold charge. Taking them back today.

Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.     Horrible IP RATING AND CHARGING ISSUE

    Bought my original pair in January after a few uses ikep getting messages say right or left earbud not charging. Finally after i light walk/run at the gym i took them off, wiped them down and put them to charge. Got the red light constantly blink and not charging. I exchanged them February 28 and after the first gym session i again wipes them down , put them to charge an same blinking red light again. This time they started letting off an burnt smell. Im not aure how these are IP57 rated yet cant take a little sweat (nothing crazy) i am completely disappointed and will be returning my 2nd pair. DO BETTER SAMSUNG!!

Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds. 2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly. 3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging. Your Galaxy Bids3 Pro have been IP rated for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant).     I like them and I am a firm believer of Samsung products (I have a few appliances, cell phone and TV's). I am still trying to get used to the buds. Like how to properly plug 'em in my ears. Right pops out really easy. Ive only used a cpl of times, so dont feel I am giving them a true fair review. My hubby has a pair of the same (diff color) and he absolutely LOVES them! He also uses them more than I do.
