Literally a stinky product

Terrible Customer Experiance

Samsung doesn't sell replacement eartips

Unreliable

These are a GREAT option for Samsung Users.

Hardware: So samsung changed their case for these earbuds, and I kinda like it. Other than that, it's your typical case for earbuds. With the battery in the case, you can go about 20 hours Samsung says. I think it's true, based on my usage. I can even get a little more. The feel of the case is different, and that's a good thing. Pairing them is the easiest because you just open the case, and the phone or samsung device will recognize them. Just hit pair...and you are done. The earbuds themselves, are more sleek now compared to other models. They are easy in the ear, and you should be able to wear these for long periods of time. I did, and had no issues. After several hours you might want to take a break from wearing any headphones/earbuds though. The sound quality? What can I say, they are GREAT. Lows, mids, highs, bass...all check the boxes for me. I listen to lots of different types of music, and the earbuds held up well. The price. They are a little on the high side for me, because there are LOTS of options on the market that you can get.

Poor battery

Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. Time lag
