Noise canceling works wonderfully, ambiance is amazing, the 3D audio works great and the auto translate feature is very useful for communication to members of my team and community. These are a massive step up and improvement from my galaxy buds from the Note 9 came out and has been a seamless experience for everything and anything i have connected it to

When connecting to laptop, videos will not play. Tried multiple things to trouble shoot without success. Old samsung ear buds work great with laptop, if wasnt for the one stop working wouldnt have upgraded.

To fix any pairing issues you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and your laptop, please put the buds in their case with the lid open, then hold the pairing button on the case for several seconds until the light flashes red, green, and blue. Also make sure your laptop's Bluetooth is on, remove any previous pairings in Windows, and update your Bluetooth drivers, if needed. The light bars were great for letting people know I had earbuds in so they didn't just walk up and start talking to me. The controls took some getting used to but worked great. However, I could not keep them in my ear. They would slide out anytime I moved my jaw. Tried them to workout but they fell out multiple times. I wanted to love them so much.

Best buds I've ever owned!

Call quality can be iffy, but that's not an issue to me. The audio quality is great, especially for buds, I usually prefer over ear headphones since they typically sound better.
