Overall good, but with some issues

I've been having issues though with the left earbud charging in the case. Sometimes I have to take it out and put it back in the case and get it at a certain angle for it to start charging, from what I've read this is a fairly common issue. Also, I wish you could track the earbuds with both of them in the case. You can only track each individual earbud if they're outside of the case.

We value your honesty as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. The rubber they used would give me an ear infection every time i used them. No matter how many times i cleaned them my ear canal would itch like crazy. So when i got these i wasnt sure. They have been fine. I love the led stalk lighting and the sound quality is great. I haven’t tried the other features yet. Happy customer.

It took some time for me to get use to the turn controls on these as before i had the galaxy buds 2. But over all they are a good set of earbuds

This is the best earbuds in the market but it's only one little flaw in this earbuds sometimes they charge sometime they don't charge if you spend $250 on the earbuds you shouldn't be cleaning every time you use them come on now Samsung it's $250 should be having this issue

The sound on these are my far the best sound from listening to music to phone calls. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a pair.

While the added lights and adaptive sound are neat, the Buds 2 Pro are far superior in every way. 1. The Buds 3 Pro no longer have touch controls to pause/play and answer phone calls. You have to pinch the little "Apple" tail to do these things now. As a man, having dirty hands and trying to pinch the little shrimp tail in my ear is a bit uncomfortable. 2. Call quality is inferior. While the sound eminating from the speakers is phenomenal, I almost have to yell now for anyone to hear me on the other end. On the Buds 2 Pro, I could whisper and the microphone would pick it up. 3. The battery life is the same as the Buds 2 Pro. I still only get about 4 hours out of phone call before I have to return them to the case to charge. All in all, if youre looking for a good set of ear buds, go with the Buds 2 Pro. The function and quality is better with the same battery life as these Galaxy "Air Pods."

As you know, you can utilize the touch pad on the Buds3 Pro to control your music, phone calls, and other useful shortcuts without getting out your phone. With the new design, you can lightly pinch the touch pad one time for the following options: * Play or pause a track * Answer or end a call, or you can quickly pinch the touch pad two times for the following options: * Play the next track. You can also quickly pinch the touch pad three times for the following options: * Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track) * Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track) or you can pinch and hold the touch pad for the following options: * Activate a custom shortcut. * Decline incoming calls * Turn earbud lights on or off (Galaxy Buds3 Pro only when both earbuds are out of the case and not in your ears). You can also swipe up or down on the touch pad to adjust the volume. Adjust the volume on your mobile device if the sound is low while at full volume on the earbuds. * Swipe up to turn the volume up * Swipe down to turn the volume down. The controls were difficult at first to get use to but now she likes that they are not as easy to accidently trigger. The ear tips are very stubborn when trying to swap out, i tore one of the bigger sizes in half trying to change it. So just be careful or order some spares.
