I'm very satisfied with these ear buds. I would have to say these are the best ear buds I've ever had. The noise cancelation worked so well I thought I was going deaf. Lol. Ambient sound works flawlessly. Overall sound quality is elite compared to other brands. 10/10 rating for me.

They are amazing but they do have a very slight issue that simetimes it stops charging if they move a lot in your pants but your phone gives you a notification if it does .

My husband gifted me my earbuds and I love them. Sound quality is awesome, they charge fast and i love the case.

Nice buds, I like using them while working. The audio quality is good, sounds good when taking calls, and also has a lot of features when using with Samsung smartphones. Cant speak to using them with Apple products.

Actually bought them because I thought I lost my others. I tried them and loved the comfort and noise canceling. Keeping even though I found my others lol.

Very good headphones comply with what they say has language driver when connected with a Samsung device is very good the sound the only bad thing is the battery that in real life lasts 3 to 4 hours but there is actually too good

Open box in Excellent condition photos on Best Buy website showed nothing was missing. The box had the wrong ear buds tips inside. I had to order some ear tips online. Other than that they are good earbuds

The Samsung earbuds are exceptional; I am particularly impressed with the noise cancellation feature. The inclusion of new features, such as the translator, is a significant advantage. I find them highly satisfactory.

Item was described as open-box-Excellent. Upon opening the package, item inside has visible scratches. It's missing a pair of silicone eartips as well.

Got them because I finally went to a samsung phone, I love them because of the noise canceling they have and really rasy to pair to my phine.

[Employee of bestbuy] I've had them for a bit now after having the white ones, they have good noise cancelation and passthrough, and the adapting noise cancelation works about 90% of the time. my fav future is how you can swipe up and down on the stem to raise and lower the volume.

Sound is 10/10 and the qulity is very nice and the around some and equalizer enhance the experience.

Well packaged, item looks like new, and works great. Can't beat the price
