    Love these earbuds, so quite in the gym and no background noise comes through! Keeps you focused.

    Perfect bluetooth. But not connecting multiple devices at the same time. Most bluetooth are not like that. I recommended this one the best among the equal

    Having issues with the right ear bud not charging when in the case. On charge for overnight, open case and remove the right ear bud and shows 3%.

    The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro offers excellent sound quality, active noise cancellation that works well, and comfortable and secure earbuds for long listening sessions. I love the good battery life; the new design is a plus.

    Absolute dog water. $200 for headphones that have multiple issues is ridiculous. First week they were fine. 2nd week the right ear bud no longer charges. The 3rd week the left one doesnt charge unless plugged into a power bank or some sort of charging port. Not to mention they only last about 3 hours before the battery dies. After 30 days they both dont want to charge. I fully regret buying these and will never buy samsung headphones ever again.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.     Perfect! I haven't used any earbuds in years because people usually had trouble hearing me. Thought I would give these a try and they work great and callers have no trouble hearing me at all.

    These are the best headphones on the market. I had airpods prior and they are not nearly as good as these!

    This is probably the best set of earphone's I've ever had, the only downside is there is an annoying squeak thats coming out of the right earphone from time to time.

    Longtime Samsung Galaxy user. Traded in my Buds2 Pro's for credit towards the Buds3 Pro's: - sound quality about the same - charging is very problematic and have problems getting them fully charged - earbud charge does not seem as long as Buds2 - switching between devices is harder than it should be. (E.g. I have to often disable Bluetooth on my phone to connect to Peloton) I've upgraded firmware to latest version and still find them problematic. I would not recommend them.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. The Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If you're experiencing less than optimal battery life on your Galaxy Buds3 Pro, check out "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. To achieve seamless connection with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and other non-Galaxy devices, ensure the earbuds are paired via Bluetooth, and consider using the Galaxy Wearable app for Samsung devices, or the Bluetooth settings for non-Samsung devices.     The voice detector is far too good for people who like to sing along. But I am having trouble with the auto switching from devices and environmental conditions.
