    Stopped working after 3 months couldnt even return it or exchange it . Difficultly with calls ended up not being able to use it for talking

    Not great. Sound is ok and the AI functionality is cool but the ANC is bad and the transparency mode is atrocious. Really wanted to love these but with the constant high pitched noice that happened randomly and the transparency mode that amplifies high pitch sounds like metallic banging and air moving (think loud hissing when car Ac runs) alas I had to return them. Will be looking into other headphones if not just a new pair of Beats Fit Pro. Battery life also sucks.

    Bought these because im a samsung guy, but right off the shelf the same problems being reported by thousands of others, buds not connecting, wasnt going to keep trying. I think it cpuld be a great product if the bugs are worked out

If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud series earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue.     I love the style and the new lights on them but they disconnect and have volume control issues and this was with me exhanging my first pair for a second and same problems with the second pair and i never had one issue ever with my buds pro 2

    Decent Headphones - Horrible Warranty

    I would not recommend. As a Samsung user, I'm disappointed in the warranty coverage. I experienced my earbuds beeping every 3-5 seconds, a similar issue I experienced with my Google Pixel Buds. Google replaced my Buds with the warranty coverage no issue. Samsung advised me that there's water damage to the charging case/cradle, therefore my warranty is voided and my earbuds can't be replaced. I've never had an issue with the charging case/cradle since I've purchased the earbuds. I feel Samsung is using a technicality in the situation. I would suggest the Google Pixel Buds which not only have a comparable sound quality, but you'll receive better warranty coverage and support as well.

    I purchased these to replace a pair i lost. I love the product but hated the whole buying process. Ordered on line to pick up in store. The guy who gave me my order was rude. Never said there there was only a 15 day return policy. I was 5 days over to receive my money back.

    Wouldn't stay in my ear. The squeeze the stem feature is horrible. I had to exchange them for the Skull Candy Method 360 ANC, much better and chair as well.

    Really wanted to like these earbuds, had the galaxy buds pro 2 for years, until they died. Which in turn i was lile the 2's were good, so why not get the 3's. I bought them used them twice, upon the second use while running one ear bud started to get static and high pitched sound from it. Tried drying off the sweat and everything and still not working correctly. Was really disappointed, these were supposed to be better than the previous generation. Overall would not recommend.

    Wouldnt connect with phone, replaced and next set also couldnt conenct properly. Refunded multiple times and gave up cause they are such trash

    No bass what so ever, very flat sound. Buds pro2 blows this away. Buds fit tight into ears. These just sit on your ears. I love alot of bass and this is flat on all accounts. don't know about battery because I returned them 15 minutes after I bought them.

    Stops charging or only charges one side. Tells you moisture or inside needs cleaning. You should be able to sweat with these, silly really. My old ones from the first set they put out still work great. Samsung needs to fix this issue.

When you wear canal-type earphones for a long time, the humidity increases inside your ears and it may cause skin irritation or contact dermatitis such as inflammation of the outer ear. It can also occur when using other manufacturers’ canal-type products. If you feel ear pain or skin irritation occurs while using the earbuds, please immediately stop using the device and visit your doctor for consultation. We recommend removing the earbuds periodically from your ears so that the humidity inside the ears can be lowered when using the device for a long time. After prolonged wear, please dry your ears and clean the earbuds and ear tips regularly to prevent any problems.     Im so sorry but Samsung did make a good product on these! First time ever! Ive been with Samsung since the Samsung S 3 and the reception and the sound was horrible! No matter how many times i adjusted it people couldn't hear me talk on them so very sorry! It was the only time Samsung failed me and we have been through some things in life together promises Robert Dwayne Porter still wont leave Samsung over an expensive mistake actually looking at a new Samsung smart phone...

    Amazing sounding earbuds with way too many issues

    Absolutely terrible. These earbuds are the worst Samsung product I have ever owned. What's unfortunate is they actually sound very good with deep punchy bass but it's not worth it with all the issues. First major issue is they don't fit well at all in ear. They constantly fall out (of course will be different with everyone as everyone's ear size is different) which required me to purchase an accessory to keep them in. Second major issue is a charging issue. The junk earbuds kept saying there is moisture detected and wouldn't charge. Third issue is I owned 3 pairs of these trash earbuds and all 3 have the same issue after 3 weeks. The right earbuds bass is significantly less the the left. 5 stars for Best buy with amazing customer service letting me return this junk after the return policy was over. I don't recommend these earbuds at all. Constant problems and a terrible product from Samsung which is sad because I really wanted to like these but all these issues is just ridiculous!!

    Translation Feature is a complete JOKE!!!!!

    Bought these in the hopes of being able to use the translation feature at work and per usual with Samsung products lately, I was sadly disappointed. They sound just ok, which for a flagship product is a joke. Do have to say the battery life is extremely good.
