Fit is nice (using already installed earbuds) and sound and anc work well. If you own an S25, or have the latest Samsung OS, there are some additional quality of life features you can use to adjust settings.

Helps keep my conversations private and handsfree. The sound quality is great. When at work I use just one and am able to hear whats going on around me. When using both there is a noise cancelling that allows me to enjoy u-tube and/or video games on my phone.

Has anyone actually won the $400 gift card from Best Buy for submitting a review? Anyway, I bought these as a birthday gift for my wife. She had a pair of Raycons and lost one of the buds. She also had the Apple pods pro to compare these too. These won and she returned the Apple pods. She was already a part of the Samsung eco system, and these made the most sense. She loves them and says the sound is crisp and the noise cancelling feature is the best she ever owned. She highly recommends them.

They are a great product. They can connect to multiple devices at a time, and it is seemless to switch between them. They are 100 times better than any Airpod out there or other brands. These ones are definitely better quality the the Buds2 Pro, which had they best quality I've seen. The only downside in my opinion is the lack of color choices compared to previous Gens, and the "Pinch" controls. Which can get wonky. Otherwise extremely satisfied.

I will say be quite careful where your finger brushes on the other speakers. Could peak and irritate your ears, besides that. Great sound, looks great in person too. Would recommend if you are on the normal 2s or first gen. If you possess the buds pro 2 maybe you might want to hold on those a bit.

My previous ones lasted around 3 years before the audio stopped working in one ear. Have nothing but good things to say about them. The noise cancelling is better than the first gen and sound is cleaner and fuller. Would recommend to anyone and especially people with other Samsung electronics.I have a Samsung phone, watch, tv, and sound bar and they work seamlessly with them all.

We appreciate your honesty as we strive to provide the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds.
