So far ive been enjoying the heatset. The sound is pretty great and when wearing them i can still hear around me if i dont have the noise cancelation on. Only thing thats my complaint on these are the inserts, sometimes they slide out and ive already tried all 3 different sizes for these. Its crazy to say that ive tried the airpods and didnt have that issue with them sliding out. Good thing i got these on sale though so im happy about that.

I am a first time earbud user. I have used over the ear type headphones in the past. Easy to use. Good sound quality and noise cancellation. They fit comfortably in the ear. No complaints..

Great product, nice sound. Long lasting battery. I would definitely recommend these. Had air pods and batteries would run out on one so had to change it up.

I'm having it for the last 10 plus months. I bought two (for me and my wife) I'm always astonished by the sound quality and noise cancelation It's really outstanding. The only problem i see is, battery consumption is too much, it didn't last long,,. Overall, i can't wait to buy when the new samsung earbuds release and hopefully they will fix the battery issues.

I bought these just cause and i don’t regret it. I can wear them all day an i am physically active all day. Sound quality is just as awesome compared to my momentum Tw4 as well as call quality an battery life is great. Would definitely recommend buying these

Clear. Crisp. Cancels the noise in background like the buzzers inside the semi truck. If I listen to music it sounds like surround sound. Battery life amazing. Has replaced my Blue Parrott headset.

I wanted a change of gear for sound, from Sony headphones to these for ease and compact. Right off the first running session, the buds felt like they were going to fall out, but they didn't. I did a fit check with the medium tips, and it's a better fit. I still need to figure out the settings as it changes from noise cancellation to ambiance, and thats been the only con since having them. I like the feature that if you start talking, the music lowers so you can have a conversation without removing your buds. This I see as convenient for those that dont need to remove their buds from time to time. Overall, it's good, Im happy with the purchase and I honestly do not think there are ear buds out there that have nailed down the perfect fit that has them stay in.

Went to get a new pair my old pair was falling apart and very satisfied with my purchase. The new design is awesome and comfortable

I had been using the origin Samsung Galaxy Buds pro for a few years and they have been fantastic. I have purchased other, supposedly higher end models, that did not match the quality of the Samsung Buds. I finally decided this year to upgrade the the Buds3 Pro and they have taken things to another level completely in regards to sound quality. Only downside is at highest quality of music and calls the battery only lasts about 6 hours but other than that I have no complaints.

I upgraded from my Galaxy Buds 2 to the Pro 3. Thanks to Marragan K. Best Buy's Samsung representative. For helping me with all of my questions. He is so knowledgeable on all of the products, and all of the options and plans with Verizon. Fantastic customer service. He told me all about the new Buds Pro 3 and what a great product it was and he was right. I just love them! I was going to get white because that was my plan. Well after listening to him about the silver I decided on them. I am thrilled. The sound is fantastic. He was a big help when it came to my Samsung phone. He even answered questions on a new phone I plan to get in January. And gave me some fantastic options on plans and trade ins. Anyway I really liked that new Galaxy Watch Ultra he was wearing. So I upgraded today and I am picking my new watch up on Tuesday. I am so excited about my new purchases and best of all the fantastic customer service I was given in the store. I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful person Marragan go above and beyond! I just wanted to let you know he is the best ever! It was a pleasure. Thank you so much, VB

Easy to get used to, great sound, and very comfortable. Noise cancellation is excellent.

Not really happy with these high dollar earbuds.Yeah,they are packed full of fancy features.Like voice control,Real time translation and decent noise cancelling.Problem is Samsung seemed to be more concerned with the features over the sound.Ive had these since Aug 8th and no matter what i set sound settings on,the Bass on these are weak.Mids and treble notes are crisp,clean and clear.But with weak bass they just dont sound full.If you're looking for Buds with decent sound (mids,treble) but not enough low end presense.These are for you.Ive hoped for a firmware update that would give the bass more punch.I ordered these with confidence that with having 2 drivers in each bud that the soundstage would be full bodied.Sadly the sound doesnt justify the $250 price.Will be returning these as i have the Baseus bp1 pro buds that were $40 and have a better overall sound.

Honestly these Earpods are the best ones ive used with Samsung they fit great the sound is great and the settings are easy to get through.

I was a little skeptical about these headphones, especially since Samsung didn't have the reputation it claimed when it came to audio. But, switching from Apple to Samsung's ecosystem, I took the plunge, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that these headphones were of incredible quality, with excellent sound, good bass, and precise treble. And its multi-point Bluetooth is on par with Apple's, connecting seamlessly between different devices. I highly recommend them.

Just like every Samsung product, these are amazing headphones. Sound is awesome and fits perfectly. Glad I made this purchase.
