Noice canceling is really good - up there with 2 or 3 others. I really like all the controls you can do without a phone. Super easy setup and pairing. It's really helpful when trying to focus on a task and making the sound quality superb. I like the case and how it interacts with my Samsung phone and watch. This is my second set because the first had one earbud die. I think they're overpriced, earning 4 stars.

Ive cleaned it, reset it and for whatever reason it wont charge. At 1st it wasnt even appearing on my app. Finally after resetting it a few times it picked it up but still wont charge. Funny thing is the right bud hardly gets used maybe used it less than 20 times. Dont know what else to do.

Samsung offers a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us after if you would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

You can swipe up and down to change the volume. Tapping can pause and unpause. It auto connects to any samsung device im signed in on. Even when my watch isnt connected to my phone, i can use my ear buds.
