Samsung heard their customers and did a great job with this device. It is a pleasant experience, with volume control and on-and-off calling.

I do however have a problem with them sating in place while exercising. I would say that during a 1 hour workout they may fall out or become loose 2 times. Not bad on average, I guess.

My only complaint is it's difficult to get the buds to stay in my ears sometimes, especially if im doing something active. Otherwise they're great and im happy with the purchase

So every time I use them for running, I have to dry them with a tissue and let them air out for a while before I can place them in the case. That’s the only issue I’ve noticed in terms of functionality. As for the aesthetics, the case looks cheap and low quality—it’s a shame it doesn’t have the smooth texture of previous versions.

We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line as well as the design. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers an IP57 rating for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant). Since the earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water, if you get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them. If you need to use the earbuds for a phone call immediately after they have gotten wet, the microphone may have water in it. This may lower the volume of your voice when speaking to someone on the other line. Make sure to dry them. If moisture remains inside the earbuds after drying them, audio quality may be poor. Everything about these earbuds is amaz8ng except for the fitment in my ears. I cant really give a bad review for the fitment because thats not on samsung at least in my case. But these earbuds are amazing and id recommend them to anyone.
