Pair for my wife. Excellent noise cancellation during phone calls. Great sound for music and podcasts. Love that I can use the noice cancelling feature with just one earbud in.

My phone keeps pairing with the earphones even when they’re in the case and charging! The battery life is terrible — they drain super fast, even when they’re just sitting unused. Both the earbuds and the case don’t compare to the quality of the older models. They look nice, but they feel cheap and definitely aren’t worth $250. I’ve always been #TeamSamsung, but I’m really disappointed this time.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device:
1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.
Please ensure that your Galaxy Buds3 Pros are clean and free of debris. Also make sure that your case is clear and clean from obstructions. You can also reset your device to help resolve what you've described to be experiencing with your device. Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the price I paid for this product I was severely disappointed compared to other products I have used (for half the price). I bought these thinking it would be a huge upgrade to the cheaper ear buds I was currently using but the difference in quality was hardly noticeable. Plus the battery life is low compared to other ear buds I've used. Something else i dislike compared to the current ear buds I'm using is that it doesn't auto-connect to multiple devices. I don't know if this is a fault with me or the product because in the settings there is something called seamless transition but it doesn't seem to work like it does with other products. I have to open the Samsung wearables app and press connect for it to switch devices, but my other ear buds auto switch devices if the audio from one device stops playing and audio from a different device starts playing. Also the distance you can be from the device the ear buds are connected to is very limited compared to other ear buds I've used.

Our goal is for our customers to feel like they are having the most ideal experiences while using our products. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Feel free to check out, "All about your Samsung earbuds’ battery life" if you would like to learn more about your battery life. When connecting the earbuds to a device that has already been signed in to your Samsung account, the pairing information will be available on other devices that share your account. You can then switch connections between those devices. To do this, navigate to and open Settings on your preferred device. Tap Connections, then tap Bluetooth, and then select the earbuds that have been synced with your Samsung account. If you’re enjoying some music on your Galaxy tablet, for example, your Buds will use the Automatic switching feature to switch over to your phone so you can take the call. Keep in mind that your devices must be signed into the same Samsung account to use this feature. If you have several Bluetooth audio devices connected, you can also use the Media and Device panel to switch connections between the devices. Take a look at, "How to connect your Galaxy Buds" if you would like to learn more. There could be a number of reasons why a Bluetooth device may randomly disconnect from your Galaxy phone or tablet. It could be that the device has a low battery, was moved too far away from the Galaxy device, or the Bluetooth function was accidentally turned off.
