Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. No more irritation

The rubber they used would give me an ear infection every time i used them. No matter how many times i cleaned them my ear canal would itch like crazy. So when i got these i wasnt sure. They have been fine. I love the led stalk lighting and the sound quality is great. I haven’t tried the other features yet. Happy customer.

Huge disappointment

Sound quality is decent, but charging these are an absolute nightmare. Ive had to put a piece of paper towel in the lid to put pressure on them so theyll charge, and most the time that doesnt even work. The battery life of both the case and ear buds are marginal at best. I want to upgrade to the new series but im hesitant to drop another near $200 for a product that works like a $25 product.

1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds.
2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly.
3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging.

While the added lights and adaptive sound are neat, the Buds 2 Pro are far superior in every way. 1. The Buds 3 Pro no longer have touch controls to pause/play and answer phone calls. You have to pinch the little "Apple" tail to do these things now. As a man, having dirty hands and trying to pinch the little shrimp tail in my ear is a bit uncomfortable. 2. Call quality is inferior. While the sound eminating from the speakers is phenomenal, I almost have to yell now for anyone to hear me on the other end. On the Buds 2 Pro, I could whisper and the microphone would pick it up. 3. The battery life is the same as the Buds 2 Pro. I still only get about 4 hours out of phone call before I have to return them to the case to charge. All in all, if youre looking for a good set of ear buds, go with the Buds 2 Pro. The function and quality is better with the same battery life as these Galaxy "Air Pods."

As you know, you can utilize the touch pad on the Buds3 Pro to control your music, phone calls, and other useful shortcuts without getting out your phone. With the new design, you can lightly pinch the touch pad one time for the following options: * Play or pause a track * Answer or end a call, or you can quickly pinch the touch pad two times for the following options: * Play the next track. You can also quickly pinch the touch pad three times for the following options: * Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track) * Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track) or you can pinch and hold the touch pad for the following options: * Activate a custom shortcut. * Decline incoming calls * Turn earbud lights on or off (Galaxy Buds3 Pro only when both earbuds are out of the case and not in your ears). You can also swipe up or down on the touch pad to adjust the volume. Adjust the volume on your mobile device if the sound is low while at full volume on the earbuds. * Swipe up to turn the volume up * Swipe down to turn the volume down. Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These were really good headphones, in fact I've never used headphones that had this good of noise cancelling and bass so I was extremely surprised, and I'm genuinely so sad I lost them while they were dead so I can't find them :( but I 100% would recommend to any Samsung owners and if you're an apple person it's worth the switch to Samsung
