Ive cleaned it, reset it and for whatever reason it wont charge. At 1st it wasnt even appearing on my app. Finally after resetting it a few times it picked it up but still wont charge. Funny thing is the right bud hardly gets used maybe used it less than 20 times. Dont know what else to do.

Your feedback is appreciated as we strive to be innovative and improve the design and functionality of our products. Samsung offers a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us after if you would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. - Debra

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They're ok, my problem is how the top of the line product qith the best in class audio has issues with staying in my ear securely The other issue is the product has issues with overheating so hot places like where i live are a no go for this kind of thing and will potentially damage the product but if you work in an office or in A/C cooled areas it is less of an issue I do have to give it mad props about the ambient mode though it goes super hard. Great for being more aware of your surroundings while listening to music.
