    Sounds great and easy to pair with my Samsung phone. I love the Wear app as you can adjust the setting for the earbuds. The feature of whether the earbuds are placed in your ear for maximum sound was very helpful in calibrating the earbuds to the settings of ambient sound and noise cancelling.

    Took some fetting used to in the beginning. They are sensitive, but the sound quality with speech and music is off the hook! Definitely an upgrade from my Jabra. And I LOVE Jabra.

    Best quality mic mutes all noise backgroung when have a conversation on the phone as well as great noise canceling theres no buzz or white noise while in use.

    I love these! I’ve been wanting them for a while but I thought they were too expensive. They do a lot! I have and android and an iPhone. These are making me use my android phone a lot more!

    Run, Air out and charge,

    I use them for running in the mornings, but when I finish my run and put them in the case, they don’t charge due to the moisture from sweat. So every time I use them for running, I have to dry them with a tissue and let them air out for a while before I can place them in the case. That’s the only issue I’ve noticed in terms of functionality. As for the aesthetics, the case looks cheap and low quality—it’s a shame it doesn’t have the smooth texture of previous versions.

      Greetings Chipache, thank you for finding the opportunity to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line as well as the design. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers an IP57 rating for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant). Since the earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water, if you get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them. If you need to use the earbuds for a phone call immediately after they have gotten wet, the microphone may have water in it. This may lower the volume of your voice when speaking to someone on the other line. Make sure to dry them. If moisture remains inside the earbuds after drying them, audio quality may be poor.     These are the best headphones Samsung has made. You have to sit down and read your instructions to get the awesome features out of them. The ANC and different settings they offer are amazing. Please get them

    These are great, not the best. Noise cancelation is good bit takes few seconds for the sound to come back once you stop talking. Having hard time connecting them to my computer HP

    Great product. Battery life isnt as long as i would hope but all the fuctions qoek great noise canceling is super.

    Worked great for a uear and the left ear bud just stopped charging and wont connect. Sound was great and battery lasted great.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience.     The earbuds are good overall, with clear sound and effective noise cancellation that I really like. However, they do have some defects—specifically with charging. The left earbud has to be placed a certain way in the case to charge properly, which can be frustrating. Aside from that issue, they work great.
