    Great bud not so great fit

    These didn't fit my ears an hurt after a short time! I wear ear bud 7 to 9 hrs a day. They were to big possibly, i tried different ear tips an they still hurt after an hour or 2! Had to return. Everything else was great an i really wanted to like them.

    I use them for running in the mornings, but when I finish my run and put them in the case, they don’t charge due to the moisture from sweat. So every time I use them for running, I have to dry them with a tissue and let them air out for a while before I can place them in the case. That’s the only issue I’ve noticed in terms of functionality. As for the aesthetics, the case looks cheap and low quality—it’s a shame it doesn’t have the smooth texture of previous versions.

We appreciate your feedback as it provides us the opportunity to remain innovative while improving the functionality of our product line as well as the design. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offers an IP57 rating for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant). Since the earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water, if you get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them. If you need to use the earbuds for a phone call immediately after they have gotten wet, the microphone may have water in it. This may lower the volume of your voice when speaking to someone on the other line. Make sure to dry them. If moisture remains inside the earbuds after drying them, audio quality may be poor.     They're ok, my problem is how the top of the line product qith the best in class audio has issues with staying in my ear securely The other issue is the product has issues with overheating so hot places like where i live are a no go for this kind of thing and will potentially damage the product but if you work in an office or in A/C cooled areas it is less of an issue I do have to give it mad props about the ambient mode though it goes super hard. Great for being more aware of your surroundings while listening to music.

    Best quality mic mutes all noise backgroung when have a conversation on the phone as well as great noise canceling theres no buzz or white noise while in use.

    The earbuds have a nice fit, but the volume is not very loud used singularly. No detailed instructions with device or online on how to use and utilize the features. Location finder not very reliable, battery recharge rate not very good.

    Had these for about 8 months and ive been having trouble charging the right bud. Ive cleaned it, reset it and for whatever reason it wont charge. At 1st it wasnt even appearing on my app. Finally after resetting it a few times it picked it up but still wont charge. Funny thing is the right bud hardly gets used maybe used it less than 20 times. Dont know what else to do.

Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.     Had to return the first pair since the left wasn't charging. The new pair has been working well and sould is ok. Does not have the most stable connection as i have noticed that it cuts out for a second every now and then. Both pairs did this so have to be the software or hardware itself. Have a samsung device so shouldn't be a compatibility issue. For the price have to say disappointing.
