These are so comfortable, and the music sounds beautiful to the ears. Also, the noise canceling works very well; I can't hear a thing when it's on.

I would love to give these a higher rating. I bought it first as Geek Squad Certified, and had to bring them in because of charging issues. First, the case would intermittently stop charging wirelessly. Also, the buds would lose charge in the case. I switched to New condition at the store. It still has the issue of losing connection in the case. This is bad when you put them in, they light up, hours later , one may still be at 10% other at 100%. Yes, there is a wearable popup, but it's easy to miss. I did not have this issue with Buds 2, 2 Pro, or FE. They had a different design. It spoears the connection issue may be connected to the buds having a little stem on the, as the charging point. This seems a common issue in reviews/complaints about this product. There are positives, certainly. The sound quality is excellent for calls and media. The battery life surpasses the Buds 2 Pro. Controls on the stem are better than those on the earlier designs. Also a pesky connection issue has not been as noticeable. Even Buds 2 Pro with Galaxy S24 Ultra, while fine walking and talking, would break up when playing media when walking around the neighborhood. Buds 3 Pro has been more consistent. I would like to score this higher, but having the in-case charging interrupt often makes them not as reliable. I knew putting previous Buds models into the case would charge both wvenly. Hopefully Samsung can improve on this design in the next iteration.

I've had three generations of the Galaxy buds. The first was a step in the right direction they were comfortable stayed your ear while running not so much when working out. The second had a more ergonomic design that was made to fit better in the ear. As well as be better for working out but same call quality issues where I sounded muffled because the noise cancelling always over compensated. While this new iteration is a blatant copy of the airpods. The first six months of owning them I've no complaints of the call quality I've had. I sounded clearer and working out with them has been better and worse. It honestly feels like the battery last forever. The only issue is that now I notice that the wear on the batteries is much faster. Which is a bit disappointing actually. I bought these on a day I thought I lost my buds 2, while I am highly impressed with everything so far with these redesigns six months into owning these, the mic quality is still shotty where someone can barely hear me when there is sounds in the background and who knows maybe I need to clean my mic but the battery degradation and the mic quality going down from the life of these being faster is unacceptable.

The Samsung Buds Pro 3 are a solid upgrade, especially if you're coming from an older generation like the Galaxy Buds Plus. The noise canceling is definitely a highlight, and while it's not absolute silence, it does a fantastic job of cutting out most distractions. You'll appreciate the rich bass, giving your music a nice punch. The cyberpunk aesthetic is a cool touch, and the redesigned case is a welcome improvement – no more frantic bud searches after a drop! Overall, a worthwhile step up for Samsung earbud fans.

Good ear buds had the galaxy buds 2 and they went out on me so i need a new pair and these were on sale and they were the first pro models i would own. They don't disappoint, definitely a step up from last models. Still trying to getbused to not tapping on the main ear but to stop the music and use the stem but besides that they are good.

Aloha BrittanyH, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. If you would like more information regarding achieving the perfect fit, feel free to check out "How to wear your Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and 3 Pro." If you would like any further assistance afterward, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. Thanks for being an unwavering Samsung customer. - Debra Samsung

The ease of connecting these earbuds to my samsung 24 ultra plus was like no other. The sound quality is amazing. The only reason I'm giving these buds a 4 out of 5 is because they don't fit on my ears. I have smaller earlobes and with the slightest of movement, they fall out. When trying to foot then in while on a call or listening to music I accidentally disconnect the call or siren of the music.

I normally use AirPods Pro with my iPhone, so I thought to get the Galaxy Buds for the live translation and dual connection to watch movies in bed. We didn't get there. The audio quality is good, not great; but the deal breaker was the fit. The buds would fall out of my ear with the slightest movement. My AirPods fall out if I jump around, so I can't exercise. These I couldn't even stand up without losing them. I also had connectivity issues to my LG TV and the volume was low and did not work. For the price, these were named Pro, but they missed the mark by a lot.

Hello DanielS, thank you for taking the time to share your sentiments with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. You can connect Galaxy Buds3 Pro to an iPhone via Bluetooth for basic audio, but the core AI translation features require a compatible Samsung Galaxy phone and its Galaxy AI, as the processing happens on the phone, not the earbuds themselves.
