Thanks to Marragan K. Best Buy's Samsung representative. For helping me with all of my questions. He is so knowledgeable on all of the products, and all of the options and plans with Verizon. Fantastic customer service. He told me all about the new Buds Pro 3 and what a great product it was and he was right. I just love them! I was going to get white because that was my plan. Well after listening to him about the silver I decided on them. I am thrilled. The sound is fantastic. He was a big help when it came to my Samsung phone. He even answered questions on a new phone I plan to get in January. And gave me some fantastic options on plans and trade ins. Anyway I really liked that new Galaxy Watch Ultra he was wearing. So I upgraded today and I am picking my new watch up on Tuesday. I am so excited about my new purchases and best of all the fantastic customer service I was given in the store. I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful person Marragan go above and beyond! I just wanted to let you know he is the best ever! It was a pleasure. Thank you so much, VB

He absolutely loves these so much!! The noise cancelling is his favorite, because it truly works, unlike most other devices that claim to have that feature. Solid 10/10 recommend. I can't leave out how amazing Best Buy's customer servie is. From the minute you walk in the door, to the minute you walk out the door, everyone who works there is exceptional, great interpersonal skills, super friendly, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond. They always exceed our expectations! I will not be straying from Best Buy for any reason when in need of new tech, computers, smart devices, etc!

I bought thsese guys and paired them with my Samsung phone and they loved each other by embracing one another seemlessly. These babies sound so, so good! I own the most recent Bose buds and these Samsung buds sound every bit as good but they play nicer with my Samsung.

However, they demonstrate reasonable compatibility with Apple products. Optimal audio performance and feature utilization are achieved when paired with a Samsung device, with the exception of a persistent microphone feedback issue. This problem has been consistently observed across two diffrrent sets, personally. An updated version is anticipated within the next week, and I would recommend them to Samsung users, particularly if acquired at a significant discount.

These new ones don't fit in ear well, and the touch controls are bad: The new pinch button takes 2 fingers to use, and is hard to find. The slide gesture to change volume seems unpolished. The battery is only 6 hours. The case is huge taking up lots of pocket room. The good: sound quality is great. Active noise canceling is the best yet, so if you need that, these are good. Overall I miss the smaller size, good fit, and easy touch controls of my old Galaxy buds.

Your feedback allows us to continue to strive in providing the best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. While all of Samsung's earbuds are built to last the entire day, the buds' battery life and charging times may differ depending on the model you have and how you use them. Also, the battery life isn't as good as the B2P. Boo.

Awesome Headphones

Only five it a 4 stars since it doesn't really cancel noises. But it awesome since the headphone could detect voices and open up for you to listen. If you have a samsung phone, it connected to your wearable app. The headphone last me about 5 hours but since I only used one sided, I would switch out and it will last me a full day at work.

They sound so great that I bought another as a gift for a relative who was needing new headphones. They are easy to pair (with my Samsung phone). Highly recommend these as they offer sound quality that you'd expect from more expensive earbuds.

Has anyone actually won the $400 gift card from Best Buy for submitting a review? Anyway, I bought these as a birthday gift for my wife. She had a pair of Raycons and lost one of the buds. She also had the Apple pods pro to compare these too. These won and she returned the Apple pods. She was already a part of the Samsung eco system, and these made the most sense. She loves them and says the sound is crisp and the noise cancelling feature is the best she ever owned. She highly recommends them.

Cancels the noise in background like the buzzers inside the semi truck. If I listen to music it sounds like surround sound. Battery life amazing. Has replaced my Blue Parrott headset.

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case.
