Easy to link to my phone or tablet. Stays in my ears during a workout. I haven't tried them at the driving range bit hopefully they won't fall out like my older buds. I wish the ambient sound could be a little louder.

They deliver amazing sound and deep bass that enhances music better than my Beats Pro. They sync seamlessly with my Galaxy devices and are SO comfortable, I can wear them all day without any issues.

Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Review

I have had a little trouble getting them to stay in my ears, but after experimenting with the smaller sized rubber pieces, they seem to be fitting well. I would definitely recommend these buds to others.

Thanks to Marragan K. Best Buy's Samsung representative. For helping me with all of my questions. He is so knowledgeable on all of the products, and all of the options and plans with Verizon. Fantastic customer service. He told me all about the new Buds Pro 3 and what a great product it was and he was right. I just love them! I was going to get white because that was my plan. Well after listening to him about the silver I decided on them. I am thrilled. The sound is fantastic. He was a big help when it came to my Samsung phone. He even answered questions on a new phone I plan to get in January. And gave me some fantastic options on plans and trade ins. Anyway I really liked that new Galaxy Watch Ultra he was wearing. So I upgraded today and I am picking my new watch up on Tuesday. I am so excited about my new purchases and best of all the fantastic customer service I was given in the store. I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful person Marragan go above and beyond! I just wanted to let you know he is the best ever! It was a pleasure. Thank you so much, VB

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It's important to wear your earbuds properly for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds: 1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. 2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. 3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. 4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. 5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. To run an Earbud fit test, 1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. 2. From the Buds3 Pro screen, tap Sound quality and effects. 3. Tap Earbud fit test. 4. The screen will display either In ear or Not in ear. Make sure both buds are in your ears, and then tap Start. 5. The buds will chime for a few seconds, and then the app will display your results. It may say Poor fit or Good fit. If the fit is poor, make small adjustments and then tap Try again. 6. Continue running the fit test and making adjustments until you get a good fit result for both buds. Great ear buds

I use these for hearing protection as well while mowing or in loud convention halls. I love the feature that when i start talking it allows the conversation to come through while still blocking everything else out

But same issue as always they fall out. No matter how I try... I had to buy silicone wing tips off Amazon to make them comfortable and to not fall out.

“Hearing” Christmas Coming

I gifted my wife the new silver galaxy buds for Christmas and after putting on them on they fell in love with the quality and all new features. I’ll wait and see how long these pair last

My only complaint is that best buy advertised white but sent me the silver. Not big deal to me, but someone should pay attention to the details.

Once you shake your head a little bit, you're screwed, They never stay in the ear, NEVER. And it's not just a problem with mine, my girlfriend has them too, and no matter how many times we change the ear pads, they don't work.
