The ANC is outmatched and the ease of connectivity and use with a Samsung device is perfect. Sound quality is sharp and clear with loads of EQ settings.

Great but not without its flaws

Thr price is high but you get some great features and modes that are helpful. After constantly taking my earbuds out and saying "Huh?" The adaptive mode that allows me to hear my own voice and others in-between canceling out most background noise has been great. Its not perfect though. Overall its worth the money if you have the money. But don't expect to be blown away due to the price point.

Also, the battery life isn't as good as the B2P. Boo.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.upgraded from the galaxy buds 2 pro. these are slightly better . i will say that the buds 2 pro model are still very well updated in terms of sound and touch controls. the buds pro 3 however are slightly better because the controls are on the stem of the earbud and not directly on it so you can adjust earbuds with accedental touches.
