The sound and controls are no good. i use a drill at work, and they pop in my ear it's annoying, and talking on the phone is terrible. Talking to people while wearing them while at work is no good. The noise canceling features suck they making a pooping sound in your ear, and you'll get tired of it fast. Touch features suck too because wearing gloves they don't work understandable but the buds pro 2 i could use my shoulder to turn on and off if my hands are occupied and there's just more problems you come across and i should've taking them back when i had the chance but i was too late of course, also the price is a rip off dealing with these types issues don't buy so I'm thinking I'll switch to bose or jbl im not sure yet because ive had neither brand to try out

If your Galaxy Buds have no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. You can control your Galaxy Buds3 Pro without touching them by using pinch gestures, swipe gestures, and voice commands. Great sound and I like the connectivity/ interface with my Galaxy phone. I am having troubles with the charging though. The right ear bud will randomly not charge in the case. Pretty frustrating when you go to use them and one of them is dead.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had many types of earphones and headphones, wired, wirerless,i really wanted to like those because of all the fitures it had, like the side light and the looks, the sound was good but not perfect(most wirerless headphone wont have exelent sound). The biggest proble was that they gave me headaches, the bluethooth or something in them cuse my head to hurt, this never happened before with any other wirerless eraphones, so all the extras didnt matter since i could not used them

We appreciate your candor as we continue to make improvements on our product line to best suit the needs of our customers. Wearing your earbuds properly is important for many reasons. You'll get better sound quality from them, they'll fit more comfortably, and they'll stay in your ears. Wearing them improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. No one wants to lose an earbud, especially while out jogging, so be sure to wear them with the proper fit. Your Galaxy Buds3 Pros come with different sized ear tips. The first thing you want to do is make sure they have the right size tips for your ears. You want them to fit so that there isn't a gap between your ear and the ear tip. This helps to avoid sound leaks and ensure optimal audio. Once you have the right tips on your buds:
* Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
* Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
* Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
* Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down.
Feel free to adjust your buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. You can also run an earbud fit test to ensure you have the proper fit.
