The ear buds connect seamlessly and i am really enjoying the different audio adjustments you can do easliy from your phone.

Won't Charge After A Week

I've used the Galaxy line of phone for more than 10 years, own Samsung TV's, and have never had a problem. But these buds I cannot recommend. The sound is great, but after using them just 3 or 4 times, the right bud won't charge. It looks like the pin either fell out or is stuck down inside the case. I've seen multiple threads online with users having the same issue. This has been the first truly disappointing experience I've ever had with a Samsung product. The cheap $50 JBL buds I bought lasted for two years and sound almost as good.

If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds are not charging or turning on, the issue may be with the earbuds themselves or the charging case. While the added lights and adaptive sound are neat, the Buds 2 Pro are far superior in every way. 1. The Buds 3 Pro no longer have touch controls to pause/play and answer phone calls. You have to pinch the little "Apple" tail to do these things now. As a man, having dirty hands and trying to pinch the little shrimp tail in my ear is a bit uncomfortable. 2. Call quality is inferior. While the sound eminating from the speakers is phenomenal, I almost have to yell now for anyone to hear me on the other end. On the Buds 2 Pro, I could whisper and the microphone would pick it up. 3. The battery life is the same as the Buds 2 Pro. I still only get about 4 hours out of phone call before I have to return them to the case to charge. All in all, if youre looking for a good set of ear buds, go with the Buds 2 Pro. The function and quality is better with the same battery life as these Galaxy "Air Pods."

As you know, you can utilize the touch pad on the Buds3 Pro to control your music, phone calls, and other useful shortcuts without getting out your phone. With the new design, you can lightly pinch the touch pad one time for the following options: * Play or pause a track * Answer or end a call, or you can quickly pinch the touch pad two times for the following options: * Play the next track. You can also quickly pinch the touch pad three times for the following options: * Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track) * Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track) or you can pinch and hold the touch pad for the following options: * Activate a custom shortcut. * Decline incoming calls * Turn earbud lights on or off (Galaxy Buds3 Pro only when both earbuds are out of the case and not in your ears). You can also swipe up or down on the touch pad to adjust the volume. Adjust the volume on your mobile device if the sound is low while at full volume on the earbuds. * Swipe up to turn the volume up * Swipe down to turn the volume down. I typically swap ears and turn them upside down, which works well because it fits my ear canal better.

Not bad, but not great

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality and noise canceling is better with the Buds 3, but that's where the improvements stop in my opinion. To me the controls were easier to use on the 2's than they are on these. I also don't like that it doesn't always show how much battery percent is left for the case. The 2's would show that every time I took them out. The 3's don't always show on my phone. Comfort is not bad. Changing the tips is a little different. And the case sucks compared to the 2's. The 2's had a kinda rubbery case that had a little bit of grip to it. These do not. It's just a hard plastic case. Overall they're not bad, but I almost prefer my 2's over these.

Good But Not Great.

I love the noise cancelation, the 3D environment towards your head movements. Its loud, but my only gripe, is battery length. In my opinion, it doesn't last as long as you would like it to.
