One downside is that it falls off my ear sometimes. Also, one small annoying thing about it is that it makes weird whistling sound painful to the ear sometimes, especially when you accidentally rub them.

Upgrading from the buds pro, i was excited to start using these. After 2 uses, the right bud WILL NOT CHARGE. I insert the right bud into the case and the case LED just blinks red and gives me a notification on my phone that the buds have stopped charging due to moisture or debris. They're brand new, theres no moisture, and no debris. I used the Samsung Members app to post and search about my problem. Moderators removed my post. Samsung is clearly trying to do damage control as I've seen tons of people with this issue. Its a shame because these headphones are incredible. They fit better, they sound amazing, ANC is top tier, the controls are nice, etc. These would be 5 stars in my opinion. But what good are they if they dont charge properly? Maybe i got a bad batch, but i'm hesitant to try another pair. So if you're reading this, be warned, you may get a great pair that charges, or you may be stuck with dead buds.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro can provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Feel free to check out, "The battery life of your Samsung earbuds" if you would like to learn more. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. The controls were difficult at first to get use to but now she likes that they are not as easy to accidently trigger. The ear tips are very stubborn when trying to swap out, i tore one of the bigger sizes in half trying to change it. So just be careful or order some spares.

Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are superior

While the added lights and adaptive sound are neat, the Buds 2 Pro are far superior in every way. 1. The Buds 3 Pro no longer have touch controls to pause/play and answer phone calls. You have to pinch the little "Apple" tail to do these things now. As a man, having dirty hands and trying to pinch the little shrimp tail in my ear is a bit uncomfortable. 2. Call quality is inferior. While the sound eminating from the speakers is phenomenal, I almost have to yell now for anyone to hear me on the other end. On the Buds 2 Pro, I could whisper and the microphone would pick it up. 3. The battery life is the same as the Buds 2 Pro. I still only get about 4 hours out of phone call before I have to return them to the case to charge. All in all, if youre looking for a good set of ear buds, go with the Buds 2 Pro. The function and quality is better with the same battery life as these Galaxy "Air Pods."

With the new design, you can lightly pinch the touch pad one time for the following options: * Play or pause a track * Answer or end a call, or you can quickly pinch the touch pad two times for the following options: * Play the next track. You can also quickly pinch the touch pad three times for the following options: * Play previous track (if done in the first three seconds of a track) * Start the current track over at the beginning (if done after the first three seconds of a track) or you can pinch and hold the touch pad for the following options: * Activate a custom shortcut. * Decline incoming calls * Turn earbud lights on or off (Galaxy Buds3 Pro only when both earbuds are out of the case and not in your ears). You can also swipe up or down on the touch pad to adjust the volume.
