We appreciate your feedback as we improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. There have been so many times i put them in the case to charge and then after a hour they are still not charged cause they at times wont charge in the case unless you wiggle them. I know others with these ear buds and they love them and dont have any issues so maybe i got a faulty pair not sure.

Finally after i light walk/run at the gym i took them off, wiped them down and put them to charge. Got the red light constantly blink and not charging. I exchanged them February 28 and after the first gym session i again wipes them down , put them to charge an same blinking red light again. This time they started letting off an burnt smell. Im not aure how these are IP57 rated yet cant take a little sweat (nothing crazy) i am completely disappointed and will be returning my 2nd pair. DO BETTER SAMSUNG!!

If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro case isn't charging the earbuds, here's a few things you can so right away to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device: 1. Check for debris on the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds. 2. Ensure that your case is charging correctly. 3. Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Dust, wax, or other debris can build up on the charging contacts, preventing proper contact and charging. Your Galaxy Bids3 Pro have been IP rated for submersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes (charging case is not water resistant).
