I love the voice features in them. I dont have to worry about pulling out my phone in the gym or running to change a song. I can just say "next song." Good bass also.

They work great with bass and my favorit they can automatically do noise cancelations so when i am working in construction they protect my ears from loud bangs. 5/5

I wear these all day and they are great for going between loud and quiet environments but over time they tend to cause very minor irritation from pressure.

However, they do have some defects—specifically with charging. The left earbud has to be placed a certain way in the case to charge properly, which can be frustrating. Aside from that issue, they work great.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy Buds3 Pro are not charging properly, I have included a few steps that may help resolve what you may be experiencing with your charging. 1. Use the included charging cable and connect to a USB charger, 2. Check to be sure the case is charging correctly, 3. Verify there is no debris in the charging cradle pin connectors., 4. Check to be sure there is no debris in the charging connect on the Galaxy Buds. 5. Check the Wear app to determine if one bud is not charging and check the bud is fully inside the charging case. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Support at your earliest convenience. Samsung Buds are TRASH

I had to return Buds2 Pro for a similar issue - the right bud stopped charging. Buds3 PRo had just come out so I grabbed them. Great sound! Cool features. Then within 2-months the right bud stopped charging and the case just blinks red. What's worse, a call to Samsung will be greeted with techs who don't know about the issue and just tell you to reset or bring the buds in for service. But one Google / Reddit search will show all the Buds3 Pro owners with the same issue. Namely, the Buds work for a few weeks then the right bud stops charging. Buy something else until Samsung gets their act together.
