I love the Wear app as you can adjust the setting for the earbuds. The feature of whether the earbuds are placed in your ear for maximum sound was very helpful in calibrating the earbuds to the settings of ambient sound and noise cancelling.

I like that you can use bith ambient sound and ANC with onky one earbud, and the different ckmmands for the stem are customizable to your liking which is a big plus in my eyes. I also like how you can turn the volume up and down by swiping down and up respectively, on the stem.

When connecting to laptop, videos will not play. Tried multiple things to trouble shoot without success. Old samsung ear buds work great with laptop, if wasnt for the one stop working wouldnt have upgraded.

To fix any pairing issues you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro and your laptop, please put the buds in their case with the lid open, then hold the pairing button on the case for several seconds until the light flashes red, green, and blue. Also make sure your laptop's Bluetooth is on, remove any previous pairings in Windows, and update your Bluetooth drivers, if needed. But they sounds great and seam to have better options in the wearable app. Had to return my first pair because one of the buds wouldn't charge.

Generally, it subsides over time but this shouldnt be happening at all. Also, i have bose headphones that seamlessly connect to multiple devices at a time and transition to each device as needes. The samsung buds can connect to one device at a time ( i have a samsung phone, samsung tv and ipad) but have to disconnect and reconnect each time. For the proce point, im returning these.
