The audio quality in inferior to my Buds 2 due to the fitment. The controls on the stem are worthless as gently squeezing/swiping the stem causes the Buds 3 to move and fall out of place.

We see that you reached out to review the Galaxy Buds3. It's important to wear your earbuds correctly for several reasons. This will enhance the sound quality, ensure a comfortable fit, and prevent them from falling out. Wearing them improperly can lead to discomfort, sound leakage, and a higher risk of them coming loose. Nobody wants to lose an earbud, especially while exercising, so it's essential to wear them with the correct fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds, meaning they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears. Look for the L and R directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they feel right. Again, we appreciate you sharing your feedback as we continue to improve. Will not buy again

When he uses, ear buds they slide out of his ear, i ended up trying them to see if i liked how they sound or fit, and i agree with him 100% , sound is low even when on max and the fit is really uncomfortable. Right bud is loosing sound.

You can barely hear anything on it and I have absolutely no way of trying to fix it so I just left it but literally a week after I bought it, the sound just went away is stopped working.

Disappointing after 3 weeks of use

They frequently disconnect and reconnect. They typically do not disconnect from my Samsung S24 when I put them back in their case. Finally, they also connect to my phone when they are in the case with the cover closed.
