The quiet comfort generation 1 Bose earbuds. Were a super big letdown.Everything from thesound to the features to being able to turn off the in ear detection.No complaints Im never buying any other brand from here on out

The buds 2 pro were great. The 3s were not so good. But the 4s are phenomenal. Great sounds quality. The noise canceling are almost perfect.

The sound is amazing! Bass, mids and highs are rich and full, very clear. I've heard details in my favorite songs that I can't hear in other earbuds. The BASS is incredible! The EQ presets are great, the Dynamic is my favorite preset, but I managed to tweak it to my liking because you have a custom EQ. Love how it sounds! The best thing is that finally they added volume EQ so you can feel the bass and the details even at low volume, just like Bose does! Noise canceling is great, not Bose and Sony level, but close. Transparency mode feels very natural. Phone calls are clear on both ends! That's a must these days! Also they are very comfortable for all day use without ear fatigue and the battery lasts all day. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. And Best Buy gives you a $30 gift certificate when you buy them.

I'm still not a fan of the ear ring stem design; it needs to go back to the Buds. I miss the tap-to-pause rather than squeezing the stem to skip or pause your music. The voice controls are terrible and are always skipping to the next podcast or song.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The advertised Galaxy Buds4 Pro feature "blade" controls designed for intuitive pinch and swipe gestures, allowing for media management, noise control switching, and volume adjustments. Some key controls include pinching to play/pause or skip tracks, swiping for volume, and using voice or head gestures (nodding/shaking). Pinch (Single): Play/pause music or answer/end calls. Pinch (Double): Skip to the next track. Pinch (Triple): Play the previous track. Pinch & Hold: Toggle between Active Noise Canceling (ANC) and Ambient sound (customizable in the Wearable app). Swipe (Up/Down): Adjust volume by sliding up or down on the stem. You can improve your voice control feature by enabling "Voice Commands" in the Galaxy Wearable app to use direct commands like "Next song" without "Hey Bixby". If unresponsive, reset the buds in the app, clean the microphones, or use pinch-and-hold as a backup.
