    Great ergonomic fit, light and hand friendly manipulating product. However, this device did not produce the rich and high quality sound expected by other products at this price range.

    I really wanted to like these, but imo they sound horrible compared to the Bud 3 pro earbuds. The sound is flat and the noise canceling was almost nonexistent. The only thing better on these vs the previous are the button on the stems are easier to press on the first attempt.

    The Buds Pro4 are good but i believe it could be a bit louder. I'm happy with my purchase.

    I get barebones functionality connected to my ROG Phone 9 Pro. A lot of times the call fails to properly hand-off to and from my car's bluetooth. Glitches cause volume to get stuck being low. Sometimes the left has no audio during a call specifically. These take waaaaay longer to connect then my old Galaxy Buds+ and sound way worse due to Samsung locking full functionality of these down, unless you pair with a Samsung phone.

    There are no 3rd party or replacement charging cases available. Lose the charging case and you have to buy a whole new pair.

    They dont fit in small ears and fall out easily. They have no bass, low volume and where are the mids? They sound tinny too. Ive gotten better $10 ear buds at flea markets and big box stores. What happened to good spund and quality earbuds!

    These are the worst earbuds I have ever owned. The right one could not get a seal on my ear easily and when it did the plastic on the top of the earbud cut into my ear. The left one fit and sealed easily but wasn't comfortable either. The sound quality wasn't good even with both of them in and passing the in app fit test. The battery life was very short. I had to charge the case every night. I only used them 5-6 hours spread out over the day with them being in the case the majority of the day. The did connect to my Samsung phone easily and would autoconnect seamlessly. Highly disappointed. Going back to my Samsung 2 Pros until I get the new Bose delivered.

    Best Buy Florence Poor Customer Service

    Left ear bud doesn't charge properly and always quits working. Had buds for 5 weeks. I thought the first time is was a fluke. The second time made me try things like software upgrades and resets, cleaning stc... i The biggest issue i am having is with Best Buy Florence poor customer service. They were unwilling to do right thing and exchange them, even though I purchase ( used to purchase) a lot of things there and even have a credit card there. They advised me to contact Samsung, which is what I will do and obviously should have purchased there to start with

    Slund wasnt anything special and noise cancellation was bery poor compared to the airpod pros i have. No cross device compatibility is also a let down as no festures rhat Samsung says the headphones have works with an apple phone.

    The sound of these earbuds is amazing, but if you are using these in an office setting they are horrible. The microphone picks up everything. I was able to adjust zoom settings, but teams is horrible. You cannot adjust microphone sensitivity via the app. Seems like samsung missed some functionality. These are way too expensive when they do not perform in the primary purpose they were purchased. This is also true for meetings on your phone. I have an s25 and there are no additiinal settings to adjust the microphone.

    Usually I order refurbished or open box Samsung earbuds and they all been working fine except for this Open Box purchase which cannot connect via bluetooth or does not send bluetooth signals.
